Woman Unrelenting in Seeking Justice for Her Husband, Jailed for 7 Years
Ge Xiulan has endured a lot in her efforts to get her husband released from prison, including being harassed and detained herself, but she’s not about to give up.
Ge’s husband, Huang Liqiao, is serving a seven-year sentence for practicing Falun Gong, a spiritual discipline that has been brutally suppressed and persecuted by the Chinese communist regime since 1999.
On Huang’s birthday last year, Ge showed up at Binhai Prison in Tianjin, bouquet of flowers in hand, to visit him. After waiting outside all morning, a guard finally came out and took the flowers, but she wasn’t allowed to see him.
Ge wasn’t surprised. After Huang, an engineer, was sentenced in September 2012, it was five years before she was allowed to visit him, and even after that, visits have been very sporadic.
Ge has been working to seek her husband’s release since day one, appealing to various government entities in an effort to have him freed, maintaining all along that he had done nothing wrong in exercising his constitutional right to freedom of belief and therefore his seven-year sentence was unlawful.
“In movies, knives, guns, sticks, clubs, and drugs are often depicted as prosecution evidence. But there is no such evidence to prove Huang Liqiao had committed a crime. He was sent to prison to suffer endless torture,” Ge wrote in a letter to officials at the Tianjin Superior Court in July 2017 that was published on Minghui.org, which serves as a clearinghouse for information on the persecution campaign against Falun Gong.
“Huang Liqiao has been wronged. In order to judge a person’s guilt, one must examine whether what he did has harmed other people. Aren’t people’s actions the best evidence?”
The authorities threatened Gu, also a Falun Gong adherent, and interfered with her attempts to appeal for her husband. Her home was ransacked in 2013, and in March 2015, both her home and business were ransacked and she was detained in a labor camp for 25 days.
Torture Beyond Endurance
Starting in 2000, because he practiced Falun Gong and raised awareness about the facts behind the persecution campaign, Huang was held in a forced labor camp in Tianjin three times for a total of seven years, according to Minghui.
Because he refused to be “transformed,” despite being forced to watch videos slandering Falun Gong, he became a prime target of the guards.
During those years he was heavily tortured, sometimes to the brink of death. This included being shocked with electric batons, viciously beaten with a wooden club, having his limbs forcefully stretched in a bed, “hung up” by handcuffs, and deprived of sleep for long periods.
He was tied to his bed on a daily basis for as long as a year, except during mealtimes and toilet trips. In the summer he was covered with a heavy quilt to add to his suffering, while in winter, cold water was poured over him and the windows were left open.
He was also forced to perform hard labor for long hours. If he fell asleep while working, the guards used electric batons to shock his head to wake him up. If he was unable to get up in the mornings, the guards instigated other inmates to stab him with needles.
A type of torture called “one step to heaven” left him paralyzed, and he was bedridden for over two months and subsequently developed kidney problems.
‘Nurturing Kindness in Our Hearts’
Each time Huang was released from the labor camp, he soon recovered his health through the care of his family as well as practicing Falun Gong, a traditional practice that teaches people to improve their character by following truthfulness, compassion, and tolerance.
After he was again arrested in April 2012, he went on a hunger strike in protest and was force-fed—yet another type of torture.
When it came time for his trial on July 24, 2012, he was so weak from having been on a hunger strike for more than 70 days that he had to be brought into the courtroom in a wheelchair.
He was then diagnosed with tuberculosis, and on Sept. 20 he was rushed to the hospital in critical condition. Instead of giving him a medical reprieve, however, the local court handed down the seven-year prison sentence six days later.
Ge continues to appeal for Huang’s release and to be able to visit him more often. A motion she filed with the Tianjin Superior Court in July 2017 urging them to reconsider her husband’s case was rejected the following November.
But she is not deterred, and she explains why at the end of her letter.
“What matters more than life itself is people’s true nature. Only by nurturing kindness in our hearts can we become people of benevolence, loyalty, propriety, and truth. If we practice truthfulness and compassion, we can have tolerance when encountering problems,” she wrote.
“If [the imprisonment of my husband] hadn’t violated my moral compass, I wouldn’t have had the courage to face the threat of life and death and to persevere all these years.”

明慧网报导，阿姆斯特丹AT5电视台还在其网站www.at5.nl上登出了相关文章，题为“被禁止的中国团体在阿姆斯特丹公园里打坐炼功，他们是怎样的一个团体呢？”该电视报导引起荷兰市民的关注。
荷兰AT5电视台，是荷兰一家地方电视台，在阿姆斯特丹和周边城镇是收视率较高的电视台。由于荷兰法轮功学员常年坚持在阿姆斯特丹炼功点展示功法及讲真相，祥和舒缓的法轮功功法引起了阿姆斯特丹AT5电视台记者的注意。
随着记者深入了解法轮功和法轮功学员遭受中共残酷的迫害，记者表示需要制作一系列的深度报导才能展现法轮功的全貌。
报导中写道：“每一位经过阿姆斯特丹达姆广场、西部公园（Westerpark）、东部公园（Oosterpark）的行人，都看到过中国式的炼功团体——法轮功。这种功法，看上去像是一种瑜珈，似乎没有什么特别的，但是，在您这第一印象的后面，其实有很多因由和故事。”
法轮功学员吴先生介绍说，法轮功不仅仅对身体健康有益，还有着很多内在心灵方面的因素，能使人放松，并且有助于提升人们独立自由的思考能力。在中国有上亿的群众修炼法轮功，在当时曾经是中国的一个大型群众团体。
报导说，由于法轮功在社会上的发展速度特别快，并且提升了人们的独立思考的能力，从而让中共政府视之为削弱共产党独裁体系的影响力，所以中共就开始严厉镇压法轮功。
在东部公园的炼功点上，炼功人中有很多是曾经在中国经历被中共迫害的法轮功学员。其中一位男士曾经是中国大型公司的高管，他说，中共警察曾经在给他喝的茶水里下毒药。一位女士曾经被判刑4年，导致她不得不跟当时年幼的孩子分开。
还有一位男士经历了14年的铁窗和酷刑生涯。另一位女士说：“我被关在劳教所2年半。期间，我经受了身体和精神上的折磨。没有太阳光，只是在一个黑暗的房间。最后，终于有一天，我下定决心离开中国。”
法轮功在荷兰的发展，也让一些在公园里偶然经过炼功点的西方人成为了新学员。其中一位阿姆斯特丹的荷兰女士说，一开始是她的一位朋友向她介绍说，法轮功正是自己所需要的，后来她发现果真如此。

Hebei Woman Missing for 15 Years After Arrest (Her husband Believes She Was Killed for Her Organs)

(Minghui.org) A Tang County resident disappeared while in police custody one day after she was arrested for refusing to renounce Falun Gong, a spiritual discipline being persecuted by the Chinese communist regime.
The local authorities claimed that they had no idea of Ms. Liu Qingzhi’s whereabouts and offered to give her husband 30,000 yuan to find a new wife. Her family spent the past 15 years looking for her all over China–a search that has thus far been fruitless.
Ms. Liu’s husband recently learned of the Chinese regime’s organ harvesting from living Falun Gong practitioners. He fears that his wife may have been killed for her organs years ago.
Ms. Liu’s Disappearance
Ms. Liu was arrested at home on August 21, 2002 along with her newly-wed son and daughter-in-law, who were savagely beaten and released hours later.
As soon as he was set free, Ms. Liu’s son went to the local brainwashing center to see his mother. He went home and fetched a comforter for her upon noticing the guards had provided no bedding to his mother.
Ms. Liu was nowhere to be found when her son and her husband, Mr. You Shuchen, visited the brainwashing center the next morning. They only saw a pair of shoes.
Mr. You questioned Dong Yongmao, the director of the brainwashing center, about his wife’s whereabouts. Dong paced in the room and kept saying, “I don’t know.”
Li Zhiyuan, then deputy secretary of Tang County Chinese Communist Party Committee, told Mr. You to “follow the legal procedure to find his wife.” When Mr. You tried Li again, Li had been transferred to a different post.
Mr. You then inquired about his wife with Li Zengliang (no relation to the aforementioned Li), head of the local 610 Office, an extralegal agency tasked with eradicating Falun Gong and given power to override the judicial system.
Li not only declined to give a straight answer but also twice appeared at Mr. You’s home in the middle of the night to ask if Ms. Liu had returned home.
Mr. You also tried other relevant government agencies, only to be given the runaround. Liu Junyu, secretary of the local Political and Legal Affairs Committee, later offered to give Mr. You 30,000 yuan for him to find a new wife.
Mr. You declined and reported his wife missing. Over the next 15 years, his family gradually sold all their livestock and used all their savings to look for her, but have not found a trace.

從香港自殺案看中共「打死算自殺」政策
香港15歲失蹤的女生陳彥霖於9月22日被發現浮屍油塘海面，警察對外稱其「投海自盡」，並迅速火化「無可疑」的屍體。此案疑點重重，引發全球關注。陳曾是一名游泳健將，竟會全裸死於水中。
在質疑的聲浪中，香港的親共媒體報道「陳彥霖的媽媽」稱女兒是自殺。警方還公佈了陳「投海」前的影片，卻被港人看出破綻，影片中的後半部份是通過一個「替身」補拍而成。
香港各界人士在祭奠陳彥霖時，打出醒目的標語「沉冤待雪，天道昭昭！」「讓真相浮出海面」、「真相」。
自港人反送中舉行抗議活動以來，浮屍突然增多，墜樓的離奇命案也陡增。
一名有十幾年消防船經驗的香港消防人員對大紀元披露，近幾個月的浮屍數量是十年來的總和；以前不會打撈屍體的水警現在卻搶撈屍體；對於這些浮屍都無人報案；水警不需搜尋，即可知道浮屍出現的地點等等。
近日，網絡熱傳一名大陸特警的驚人披露，指香港多起浮屍案並非當地警察所為，而是被中共陸軍、武警、公安的特戰隊使用的世界上獨一無二的殺人術所斃，即用中醫的點穴把人置入假死狀態，再將人投進水中致死。因而，浮屍身上全都有明顯的瘀青，這是按壓穴位所致。
香港近幾個月來頻頻出現的「自殺案」，不禁讓人聯想到中共對法輪功學員20年來實施「打死白打死，打死算自殺」的滅絕政策下大量法輪功學員的慘死案例。
港人強烈質疑
15歲的陳彥霖曾多次參與反送中集會，於9月19日下午在和同學道別，10分鐘後還發短訊稱自己正在回家。隨後網上出現了她的尋人啟事，再後來她被發現全裸浮屍海面。
據媒體報道，陳三年前參加跳水隊，曾與隊友在自由泳接力賽中獲優異獎。
港人質疑，一位擅長游泳的女孩怎麼會全裸溺斃？
不料，陳的遺體卻於10月10日被迅速火化。第二天，警方在記者會上否認陳被性侵，否認她因參加反送中活動而遭拘捕等等。
10月16日，警方又公佈了陳彥霖9月19日失蹤前返校的監控影片，聲稱陳是「自行脫鞋後投海」。人們發現影片中的後半段出現的陳彥霖是「替身」。
有多名專業化妝師分析，影片中的「假陳彥霖」的眉骨、眉上肌肉、眼袋、鼻骨和髮際線等處，和真陳彥霖的明顯不同。
10月18日，親共媒體又專訪了「陳彥霖的媽媽」，陳媽媽稱女兒「確是自殺」，並要求媒體「停止炒作他殺」。
有網友查到陳彥霖生前公開的一張家庭照，攝於今年中秋節。當時陳媽媽還是齊肩短髮，短期內竟變成了長髮。
暫且不去確認網友曝光的家庭照的拍攝時間，但照片中的的陳彥霖確似其本人。而且，從兩家香港黨媒《大公報》和《文匯報》刊登的陳彥霖母女合照中，可見陳媽媽都是齊肩短髮，而非馬尾長髮（見下圖），這可佐證上述家庭照的真實性。
警方一系列的拙劣動作，欲蓋彌彰，更激起港人的強烈質疑。
陳彥霖的遭遇並非個案，近幾個月來在香港出現了一連串的離奇命案。
網上公佈了一份2019年香港自殺資料統計（https://t.me/s/siuyeong2019HKsuicide），作者名為「Benny Yeong 楊皓文」，收集了每日由香港新聞報道的自殺案的概況，內容包括自殺原因、方式、性別、年齡層、地區等。作者表明，此統計「並非鼓吹自殺行為」，旨在「用作討論」。
根據此作者提供的資料，初步統計從6月12日至11月1日，在香港發生的自殺案有416宗，其中287人死亡，墜落案例有261宗，比重最大，其次是淹溺案，有39例。
自「8.31太子站事件」發生後，截至9月10日，僅10天內「自殺」案例多達32宗。
一些案例有明顯的可疑現象，卻均被警察稱為「無可疑」而處理，在此列舉數例。
10月10日傍晚6時許，一名男子由沙田大圍顯徑村顯貴樓高處墜下，一隻腳掌飛脫。警方指死者姓連（31歲），沒有發現遺書，並稱死者生前有情緒病記錄，相信事件「無可疑」，稍後會驗屍確定死因。
而目睹者卻發現，該屍體幾乎沒有血跡、僵硬且已發白；頭墜地，卻沒有腦漿噴出，等等可疑現象。
10月8日下午，在海怡半島附近海面上發現一具女性浮屍，死者年齡介於20歲至30歲，身穿黑衣、黑鞋。警方相信事件沒有可疑之處，列為溺水。
香港眾志秘書長黃之鋒發文說，他在海怡居住的10年間沒有出現一例浮屍，質疑此案情不單純。也有網友將該女子的遺體獲救時的照片，與10月1日一名被捕女抗爭者的相片對照後，發現兩者高度相似。警方當晚11點發文「闢謠」。
9月24日上午，荃灣海濱花園對面的海邊上發現一具男性浮屍。警方「迅速」確定死者為28歲郭姓男子，並聯絡親屬到場認屍。
事發後，約有30人到場圍觀及拍攝，懷疑死者「被自殺」。照片顯示，屍體穿黑衣、黑褲、黑鞋，還滲出大量血水，眼部有瘀傷，嘴被膠紙封住，身體沒有一般浮屍應有的水腫現場。人們認為所謂「跳海自殺」一說不可信，當時有逾百名民眾到場悼念死者。
9月19日下午3時48分，一名青年由藍田平田村平真樓高處墜下，倒臥簷篷，救護員到場後檢查確認此人已明顯死亡。當晚7時，警方稱死者姓羅，25歲，未發現遺書，相信事件不可疑，死因有待驗屍確定。但在場的目擊者發現，屍體無血，已發黑，現場無濺血，質疑警方的斷定。
9月14日晚7時26分，一名42歲外籍女子於交加街18號一單位墜樓，疑墜下時撞到大廈對開排檔屋頂鋅鐵簷篷上，身驅被砍成兩截分屍。警察調查後，稱事件無可疑。
後來有港人上傳當地居民拍到的死者照片。女屍全身赤裸，似被人從腰部斷成兩截。網友質疑，死者為何要裸體跳樓？不免懷疑其「跳樓」之前已被人分屍。
9月9日早7時38分，一家親共港媒發佈了一則消息，稱當日7時15分，在荃灣城門水塘近小食亭處，有人發現一名男子在樹上自縊。警方及消防員聞訊到場，證實男子已死。
8點20分，該港媒又更新報道，稱警方在現場發現遺書，指男子姓羅58歲，因家庭問題自殺，事無可疑。
網民質疑，從屍體7時15分被發現到媒體7時38分報道，其間才23分鐘，這麼「光速」？因而懷疑，媒體和警方合作「報道」此案。
9月7日晚，也是上面的這家親共媒體首先報道了理工大學一起墜樓事件。當晚7時，一名31歲鍾姓男子被發現倒臥於理工大學Z座地下。救護員到場發現其已死亡，警方沒發現遺書。報道還稱，死者身上有香港專業教育學院學生證及身份證，從Z座11樓墜下，疑先撞到大樹上，再墜地。
有網友嘲笑，有人跳樓自殺朝大樹上跳。雖然警方稱無可疑，但人們不禁要問，為何專業教育學院的學生在理工大學墜樓？
這樣的離奇的「自殺」案頻發，警方卻通通稱為「無可疑」，想掩人耳目，原因何在？「自殺」有幕後指揮？看看中共20年來如何殺害法輪功學員的，就可找到答案。
中共的滅絕政策
自1999年7月中共迫害法輪功以來，實施了慘無人道的滅絕政策——「打死白打死，打死算自殺」、「不查屍源，就地火化」。迫害者肆無忌憚地對法輪功學員進行上百種酷刑折磨，逼迫他們放棄修煉，以致虐殺他們。
以下的案例只是冰山一角，但足以揭示中共的邪惡、凶殘的本性。
被警察扔下樓
李寶水，男，黑龍江省大慶市勞動局就業科科長，原大慶法輪功義務輔導站站長。1999年7月22日，他被非法關進了大慶市看守所進行所謂「隔離審查」；7月26日，被迫害致死，年僅39歲。
據悉，大慶公安局有個警察到齊齊哈爾「辦案」，與齊齊哈爾市警察在一起喝酒時，他告訴那個同行說：「我們大慶的李寶水，他不是跳樓死的，是我們給推下去的。」
那個同行警察問其原因，大慶警察說：「當時我們朝他要『委任狀』（警察聽說李寶水擔任站長是李洪志師父親自任命的，以為有甚麼委任狀之類的東西），他說沒有。我們就折磨他，最後我們把他扔樓下去了。」
重慶市榮昌縣副縣長張方良被「自殺」
張方良，1954年12月29日出生，重慶市榮昌縣盤龍鎮人，榮昌縣副縣長，以「真、善、忍」為標準，為官清廉、不收紅包、在外吃飯自己掏錢、不佔單位便宜的事跡在榮昌縣幹部群眾中有口皆碑。
2001年10月6日，張方良到銅梁縣開會，利用工作之餘發放法輪功真相資料時，被綁架、非法關押在銅梁縣看守所遭迫害。在被非法關押期間，張方良遭受8個多月的酷刑折磨，導致四肢浮腫、不能講話、手不能寫字、兩腿不能站立，最後連人也不認得了，於2002年7月9日離開人世，年僅48歲。
張方良被迫害死後，「610」（專門迫害法輪功的非法機構）人員卻造謠說張方良在家裏「自殺」了。
山東省沂水縣個體戶王永東被殘害謀殺
王永東，35歲，原山東省沂水縣法輪功輔導站副站長，山東省沂水縣縣城陽西街人，是以賣青菜為主的個體戶。
2001年9月21日上午8點左右，王永東在沂水縣縣城東市場被沂水縣公安局治保科綁架，並遭到警察的凶殘毒打。隨後警察張覺遠、張志田、王京文等六人把王永東帶到他家，強行抄家。
因王永東不配合警察的無理要求和指使，並指明他們的所為非法，警們氣急敗壞，再次對他毒打。到上午10點鐘左右，他在家中便被王京文等迫害致死。隨後，警察將他的屍體從四樓拋下，以製造他跳樓自殺的假相。
王永東的親人、鄰居及所在村鎮的領導、居民見證王的屍體上面傷痕纍纍、慘不忍睹。人們對警察非法抓人、毒打迫害、草菅人命、打死人算自殺的無恥獸行憤慨。王永東的家人強忍悲痛，向縣法院對縣公安局警察提出訴訟，要求嚴懲殺人兇手。
屍檢人員不相信她「跳樓身亡」
內蒙古法輪功學員孫敏於2009年4月末在北京失蹤，家人在幾天後接到北京豐台公安分局的通知，稱孫敏「跳樓身亡」。但家人在發現孫敏屍體傷痕纍纍後，質疑此說法。
據屍檢所不願透露姓名的人說：「這屍體不是從五層樓上跳下來死亡的，跳樓死亡的特徵不是這樣。」連普通的技術人員都說：「憑我們在這裏的經驗，一看就不是跳樓而死的。」
據知情者透露，2009年4月22日，警察抓捕孫敏的丈夫武陽後，宣武區公安也把孫敏抓到派出所。在當日下午3點到4點鐘，警察對武陽訓話時，孫敏在其它房間也被逼問。
中共把黑手伸向香港
4個多月來，港警不斷升級鎮壓港人的民主抗爭運動，對抗爭者實施酷刑折磨、性迫害、實彈射擊等暴力手段，製造「自殺案」，無疑證明港警已淪為中共極權體制下的警棍，「一國兩制」蕩然無存。
10月21日，流亡海外的大陸富商郭文貴爆料，根據他所得的情報顯示，陳彥霖被中共殺害後拋屍於海；遺體被火化時，在現場把持的是從廣東來的特警，包括幾十人和幾十輛來自廣東的車輛。
郭說，沒有標註姓名而被火化處理的抗爭者至少有20人，實際上被殺害者更多。
他還說，中共在多個駐港機構部署了「緊急事件處理小組」，陳彥霖母親上電視發聲明等等都被此小組操縱。郭的爆料信息被多家海外媒體轉載。
還有網民爆料，有靈異人士看到陳彥霖被大陸公安姦殺而死。
10月6日，美國一家叫做「The AI Organization」的權威人工智能研究機構，在網站上發文披露他們自己所掌握的港人「自殺」的內幕。
這家機構被視為在國安、反恐、中國情報方面的專家。據說美國相關機構也會參考他們的情報分析。
文章介紹，人工智慧包含臉部辨識、聲音、還有許多其它生物辨識，可以通過掃瞄、定位、追蹤、追捕、隔離、逮捕而導致許多人死亡。這些科技被大科技公司提供給中國後，中共就把這些功能藏在你的手機、互聯網、智慧屋、車輛、無人機和監視器系統。
文章還指出：中國政府已經安插間諜在香港警方、記者、學校、社團和幾乎香港的所有地方，並藉由AI大數據來抓捕香港市民，透過臉部辨識、被植入手機裏的軟件和apps連網，以此抓捕香港學生。
女孩子們往往被港警多人強姦。學生們皆被稱為跳樓或跳水「自殺」，其中包括被姦污的女孩。
報道說，這種「被自殺」的手段在大陸普遍使用，被警察、安全與準軍事人員用在被追蹤和追捕的民主活動人士、法輪功學員、基督徒等其它群體中。
中國著名的維權律師陳光誠說，香港年輕人在反送中學到的東西遠比在學校裏十幾年所學到的還要豐富、可貴得多。
他寫道：「如今香港人尤其是年輕人經過四個多月來對中共獨裁者心狠手黑的領教，他們對共產專制邪惡本性有了刻骨銘心的認識。」#
