[WOIPFG] Announcement: WOIPFG Submitted a List of Persons Responsible for the Persecution of Falun Gong Practitioners to the FBI

In April 2024, World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong (WOIPFG) submitted to the U.S. Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) a “List of Persons Responsible for the Persecution of Falun Gong Practitioners” (hereinafter referred to as the “list”), which totals 81,340 individuals.

The list consists of four parts:

1. One list of 9,011 persons suspected of involvement in the live organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners;

2. One list of 9,109 individuals from the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) “610 Office”;

3. One list of 11,157 persons from the CCP’s “Political and Legal Affairs Commission”;

4. Another 52,063 individuals who have been investigated by WOIPFG for involvement in planning and executing illegal arrests, detentions, and tortures of Falun Gong practitioners.

These individuals are affiliated with various levels of the Chinese Communist Party Committees, the Political and Legal Affairs Commission, the 610 system, the military, the armed police, the prosecution system, the judicial system, the prison system, as well as many hospitals and medical institutions.

The international community, including the United States, is becoming increasingly aware of the CCP’s evil nature and the threat it poses to the entire world, and it recognizes that strengthening the prevention of the CCP’s infiltration and sabotage is imperative to the maintenance of every country’s national security. Thus, it has become necessary to obtain more information regarding those suspected of committing crimes. Responding to this global concern, WOIPFG has updated its list of individuals suspected of persecuting Falun Gong and submitted it to the FBI, urging lawful action against these suspects. FBI officials have expressed their interest in the list and stated their intention to put the individuals who are proven guilty on their no-entry list into the United States and take necessary actions.

WOIPFG performs investigations on the principle that those who committed crimes shall be brought to justice; individuals shall bear responsibility for their involvement in their organizations’ crimes; and those instigating persecution shall bear the same responsibility as those physically carrying out the persecution. Guided by this principle, and aiming to eradicate state-sanctioned crimes and safeguard human morality and conscience, WOIPFG will thoroughly investigate the criminal conduct of all individuals within organizations, units and departments involved in the persecution and make them accountable for their criminal actions.

Therefore, the list provided by WOIPFG this time comprises suspected individuals. Since numerous criminal activities were conducted collectively by institutions, work units and organizations, the evidence for most crimes is also collective and has been amassed by WOIPFG from various institutions, work units and organizations. Consequently, any individual associated with or employed by an institution, work unit or organization suspected of persecution will bear personal responsibility for the entity’s crimes. For instance, an individual who has actively participated in the operations of an organ transplantation hospital/center suspected of engaging in live organ harvesting from Falun Gong practitioners is regarded as a member of a criminal group and holds corresponding criminal liability. This includes hospital presidents, organ transplant department directors, surgeons, nurses and anesthesiologists working at such a hospital, officials of the CCP’s Political and Legal Affairs Commission and “610 Office” overseeing live organ harvesting activities, as well as police officers involved in the detention of victims—all are suspected of involvement in live organ harvesting murder cases. Additionally, WOIPFG has published a list on our websites detailing the responsible work units for suspected crimes and their primary evidence.

In the list submitted to the FBI, certain individuals’ names appear multiple times due to their involvement in several different positions. Therefore, to provide our readers with a comprehensive understanding of these cases, the list simultaneously presents these individuals’ names, their positions across different organizations, case details, and their office addresses.

Since our establishment on January 20, 2003, WOIPFG has been diligently collecting and investigating evidence of the CCP’s persecution of Falun Gong every day, updating our many investigation lists regularly. Our recent submission to the FBI aims to enhance society’s comprehensive efforts in uncovering evidence of this persecution, providing evidence for the persecutors to be brought to justice, and preparing for the forthcoming great trial of history.

WOIPFG has been regularly updating and disseminating data through reports to governments, judiciaries, and media worldwide, as well as to INTERPOL and select international tribunals. These data play a crucial role in ongoing legal actions against individuals implicated in the persecution of Falun Gong globally.

By releasing the list submitted to the FBI, WOIPFG extends an opportunity for all involved in the persecution to redeem themselves. If they can come to their senses and join the ongoing national anti-persecution movement with tangible actions, it will greatly benefit their future and that of their family members. Otherwise, they will go with the CCP in its incoming demise and face serious and tragic consequences.

Since December 9, 2004, WOIPFG has released 16 editions of lists containing suspected work units and individuals involved in the persecution of Falun Gong, all having been investigated by WOIPFG. These publications have elicited significant responses from within the CCP, with many individuals reaching out to WOIPFG. They have expressed a desire to cease their involvement in persecution crimes and to expose and report on the crimes of others as a way to atone for their sins.

WOIPFG would like to emphasize that the information in the current list has been collected over many years, and given changing circumstances, if there are any discrepancies or if an individual is no longer involved in persecuting Falun Gong or has actively opposed persecution, they are encouraged to reach out to WOIPFG with relevant evidence. Upon verification, WOIPFG will make corrections and adjustments to the list accordingly.

As always, WOIPFG will continue to investigate the criminal conduct of all institutions, organizations and individuals involved in the persecution of Falun Gong; to bring such investigations, no matter how long it takes, no matter how far and deep we have to search, to full closure; to exercise fundamental principles of humanity; and to restore and uphold justice in society.

【大纪元】追查国际向美国FBI提交逾八万责任人名单

【大纪元2024年04月28日讯】（大纪元记者罗琼采访报导）今年4月，“追查国际”向美国FBI提交了 “涉嫌参与迫害法轮功学员的部分责任人名单”。该组织主席汪志远向大纪元表示，此举是迈向惩罚中共反人类罪行、维护人类道德、维护人类安全的重要一步。

2024年4月，追查国际向美国FBI提交“涉嫌参与迫害法轮功的部分责任人名单”，名单包括81,340人。（大纪元）

汪志远介绍说，近期美国进行了与制裁中共相关的多个听证，很多美国官员看到了中共邪恶的表现，对国际社会的威胁，需要掌握中共对美国及其它国家渗透以及行恶者的信息。

追查国际向FBI提供了包括81,340责任人的名单，其中有涉嫌参与活摘法轮功学员器官的官员9011名、“610”官员9,109名、政法委官员11,157名，以及策划及执行迫害法轮功学员的责任人52,063名。他们隶属中共各级党委、政法委、“610”系统、军队、武警、公、检、法、司、监狱、医院、医疗中心等系统。

“我们提供给FBI的都是罪恶累累者的名单，FBI官员对此名单很感兴趣，因为我们提供了确切的责任人的姓名、职务、工作单位、地址，还有犯罪记录等。”

比如活摘器官的要犯有22人，包括前中共卫生部副部长黄洁夫、杭州树兰医院院长郑树森、天津市第一中心医院器官移植中心主任沈中阳、北京武警总医院肝移植研究所移植外科副主任陈新国、第二军医大学东方肝胆外科医院院长吴孟超、解放军第309医院器官移植中心主任石炳毅等。这份名单见“活摘器官要犯”中文、英文。

追查国际于2003年1月20日在纽约成立，致力于搜集和调查中共迫害法轮功的罪证。自2004年12月4日以来，发布了16批迫害者名单，期间不断调查、补充、更新。

“这些名单发表后，在大陆体制内震摄力很大。我们接到很多反馈，包括一些收录在我们名单中的人。”汪志远举了两例。

一位时任政法委官员，兼任“610”职务，找到当地法轮功学员，表示要将功补过，希望自己的名字从名单上被拿掉。那年年前，该官员在其管辖范围内把所有被非法关押的法轮功学员释放回家。追查国际已将其名字除掉。

另一位“610”官员，通过其亲戚的亲戚把话带到纽约，请求把他的名字去掉，表示要善待法轮功学员，暗中保护他们。追查国际了解到他确实做了一些善事后，删掉其名。

这些名单是怎么来的呢？汪志远说，“除明慧网报导的大量迫害案例外，还有受害者的举报、追查国际调查员调查得来的信息，国内知情人、正义人士提供的情报。”

那么怎么核查、确认它们呢？汪志远介绍了其中的一个环节：针对案例，调查员及时打电话给迫害者本人或单位，首先发追查令，制止其迫害，再根据情况发追查通告。这两份文件会发给作恶者的上级部门以及当地民众。“我们的这些名单就是基于这么多年来调查的结果。”

汪志远说整理这些名单的意义在于，一则定期向社会公布，迫害者的行为已被记录在案，会被跟踪调查、补充更新；二则引起国际社会的关注，制裁罪犯；伸张正义，惩治恶人。“有道是：法网恢恢，疏而不漏，善恶有报是天理，这些名单就是警示人。”

“中共迫害法轮功是群体灭绝罪、反人类罪。我们希望，各国政府能查阅我们的网站，使用我们提供的详细资料，让全社会共同追责、惩罚中共，维护人类道德、维护人类安全。”

最后，汪志远表示，针对行恶者，“我要告诉他们，中共正在解体，全面清算中共的反人类罪行即将到来。参与迫害法轮功，特别是活摘器官的人，将会受到人类最严厉的审判和惩罚，无论高层的决策者，还是底层的打手，任何执行命令的托辞都不能成为豁免的理由。唯一的出路就是：停止犯罪，揭露、举报黑幕，立功赎罪。”

“如果他不作为，就将失去自救的机会。他无能也无力阻止他的同事站出来举报他。解体中共、全面清算中共反人类罪行，是历史大潮，是历史发展的必然，任何人不可能阻挡。”汪志远说。

She said, “I am blown away by the miracle of Falun Dafa. I am so happy that my eyesight has been restored. I will start a new life and live by Dafa’s principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. Zhuan Falun is the starting point of my new life.”

(Minghui.org) People may lose all or part of their eyesight due to various diseases such as cataracts, retinal detachment, diabetes and glaucoma. Although most of the conditions are irreversible and incurable, over 300 cases have been documented by Minghui.org of blind or visually impaired people recovering from various eye diseases after practicing Falun Dafa, an ancient spiritual and meditation discipline.

Below are several such recovery stories.

Journalist: From Nearly Blind to Seeing Again

Phuong is a young Vietnamese journalist. She was diagnosed with tuberculosis a few years ago and had to take high doses of antibiotics. The side effects damaged her hearing, kidney and liver. She also struggled with chronic sinusitis, low blood pressure and insomnia.

Furthermore, her vision was getting worse and she became color-blind. Gradually everything became blurry.

She went to different hospitals and had numerous examinations. But no doctors could figure out what caused her condition. Finally a top-ranking doctor at the National Eye Institute told her that she had a rare and as yet unspecified disease that would eventually lead to blindness. She couldn’t be cured even with the assistance of the best medical team.

Thinking that she would become a burden for her family, she lost the courage to live. But she couldn’t commit suicide as she is the only surviving child of her parents, after her old brother had passed away.

Just when she was desperate, a colleague introduced Falun Dafa to her and gave her a copy of Zhuan Falun, the main book of Falun Dafa. The colleague told her that the book may help her with her vision. At that time she was unable to read at all. So she asked her father to read the book to her. After finishing the book, she understood that everything has a reason and one is repaying a debt when suffering from a disease or other mishaps.

Not long after, she was able to see again! When she picked up Zhuan Falun to read, she was surprised to find that the words in the book were no longer blurry. She saw every word clearly. She couldn’t believe such a miracle had happened to her.

She said, “I am blown away by the miracle of Falun Dafa. I am so happy that my eyesight has been restored. I will start a new life and live by Dafa’s principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. Zhuan Falun is the starting point of my new life.”

She joined the group exercises at a nearby park. Her health quickly improved and soon all her illnesses were gone. She said, “When I am practicing the five sets of exercises, I feel my body as light as a feather. I am energetic and all my illnesses have disappeared.”

She said, “I am still scared whenever I think about what could become of me if I didn’t take up Dafa. Currently I am living the life I once dreamed of. I am grateful that I have found such a great way that renewed my life.”

Woman Blind for Decades, Sees Again

Ms. Di Guifang, 66, lost her eyesight in 1987. She visited several major hospitals and was found to have pupil adhesion, cataracts and vitreous degeneration. All the doctors said they couldn’t cure her.

Ms. Di learned Falun Dafa in 1996 and depended on her daughter to bring her to the exercise site. However, after the persecution of Falun Gong started in July 1999, there was no longer exercise sites in public. So she could barely study the Fa and do the exercises. Her husband only helped her when he was in a good mood.

In June 2013, a fellow practitioner asked if she would like to come to her home to study the Fa, and she immediately agreed. The fellow practitioner lives not far away, and thus Ms. Di was able to get there by herself.

One day around midnight on September 22, 2013, when she was walking out of the restroom at home, she suddenly saw light and it dazzled her. Then she saw windows, doors, and the sofa. She woke up her husband and told him. He was excited and said in his shaking voice, “Falun Dafa is really good!” She was too excited to sleep. She had no words to express her gratitude to Master but kept saying in her heart, “Thank you Master! Falun Dafa is good!”

The next morning, her husband told her to check the calendar, but Ms. Di wanted to read Falun Dafa books first. When she opened the book, she saw Master’s picture. She said, “Master, I can see you now! Thank you for your compassion!”

Programmer Who Once Suffered Glaucoma Has Vision Restored

Mr. Kuki Szabolcs is a computer programmer in Romania. In 2011 during a routine eye exam, he told the doctor that he had glaucoma eight yeas ago. The doctor was surprised. After checking carefully, the doctor said that must have been a misdiagnosis because people who have had glaucoma have scars in their eyes.

Kuki simply smiled and didn’t argue with the doctor. He knows clearly what he suffered and what helped him regain health.

Kuki enjoyed working at his computer around the clock. Back in 2003, he realized that his vision was getting worse quickly. His doctor diagnosed him with glaucoma, and said that the intraocular pressure in his eyes was high. He was told that he may become blind in two years. With poor vision, he had no way to work, yet his family still had to depend on his earnings every month to pay bills.

He visited doctors everywhere, looking for a means of treatment. In the city where he lived, he saw over ten doctors, and also traveled to the capital city to see more. He even went abroad to seek medical treatment. However, no doctor knew how to cure his condition.

Under enormous pressure, he was nervous and apprehensive. He started to try qigong and yoga, as well as meditation. He felt that meditation could alleviate the intraocular pressure, but he said that he didn’t understand what the yoga books meant.

Finally, a friend recommended Falun Dafa to him. It excited him to learn that Falun Dafa has a set of meditative exercises and teaches the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance.

After he finished reading Zhuan Falun, he said, “This opened up the whole new world to me. All the possibilities unfolded before my eyes. This is true science.”

Since then, his eyesight slowly improved and his vision gradually returned to normal.

她说：“我太高兴了，我的视力恢复了，大法的神奇让我震撼。真、善、忍的法理让我看到了生命的曙光，就像在黑暗的隧道尽头出现了光明。我要按照真、善、忍的指引开启新的人生，《转法轮》就是我新生命的起点。”

 【明慧网二零二二年八月十三日】白内障、视网膜脱离、糖尿病、青光眼等等疾病，都可能导致失明，而青光眼（以病理性眼高压引起的视神经萎缩和视野缺损为共同特征的疾病）是全球首位不可逆的致盲性眼病，为全球第二位致盲眼病，中国是青光眼患者人数最多的国家。四十岁以上人群原发性青光眼的患病率为2.3%～3.6%，其中54.9%～82%的青光眼患者未被诊断。通过治疗只能延缓疾病的发展，目前医学上尚无法根治。

但一些医学无法治愈的失明通过修炼法轮功或诚念九字真言“法轮大法好，真善忍好”而奇迹痊愈，重见光明，据明慧网报导的有三百多例。

三、女记者：从几近失明到重见光明

年轻的越南女记者芳（Phuong音译），几年前被诊断患有肺结核，后因大量服用抗生素而产生的副作用使她听力、肾脏、肝脏功能受损，还伴有慢性鼻窦炎、低血压失眠等病症，以至于她连生活都不能自理。

然而更加糟糕的事情是她感到视力越来越差，并且出现色盲，手机不能用了；去菜市场买菜分不清楚颜色；生活中平常看似简单的动作她都无法完成。直到最后所有的事物都变得模糊不清，乘坐公交车看不清号码，在马路上行走无法正确辨识信号灯的颜色。

如此严重的状况让她感到恐惧，而更加恐惧的是经历了一次又一次的检查，医生也搞不清什么原因。最后找到国立眼科研究所的顶级医生，说她患有一种罕见的还说不清楚的疾病，最终会导致失明，即使有最好的医疗团队协助也无法治愈。

面对这样复杂的不治之症，不仅她本人，包括父母都失望了。想到最后会出现更为悲惨的结果，也想到自己已经成为家庭的负担，她失去了活下去的勇气，于是她想到了自杀。但很快她又放弃了自杀的想法，因为她的哥哥已经去世了，父母只有她一个孩子，也是父母唯一的希望了，如果她要走了，对父母的打击就太大了，她不忍心这样做。

就在走投无路时，同事向她介绍了法轮功，并向她提供了法轮功的主要指导书——《转法轮》。同事鼓励她说，只要能通读这本书，她的视力就有恢复的希望。那时她的视力已经到最糟糕的阶段，没办法只好让父亲读给她听。听过之后她才意识到，原来自己痛苦的根源，并不在于表面，而是有深层的原因。真、善、忍的法理使她看到了生命的希望。

同事后来又对她说：“你必须坚持自己读这本书才会出现不寻常的效果。”开始她不能理解同事为什么会这么说，可有一天她无意间在书架上寻找一本旧书时，突然意识到自己能看见了，然后她拿起《转法轮》，让她感到非常惊讶——书里的字不再模糊，而是清楚的呈现在眼前，她甚至不敢相信会发生这样的奇迹。

她说：“我太高兴了，我的视力恢复了，大法的神奇让我震撼。真、善、忍的法理让我看到了生命的曙光，就像在黑暗的隧道尽头出现了光明。我要按照真、善、忍的指引开启新的人生，《转法轮》就是我新生命的起点。”

接下来她在附近公园的一个炼功点参加集体炼功，她的健康状况很快得到改善，所有的疾病不翼而飞。她说：“法轮功的五套功法给了我前所未有的体验，炼功时我的整个身体都象羽毛一样轻盈。我的身体很快恢复了活力，而且修炼以后所有的病症都再未出现过。”

现在芳不仅身体健康，而且神态安静祥和，丝毫看不出病痛折磨的痕迹。她坦诚地说：“说实话，我仍然害怕回头看那条路，而我现在正过着我曾经一直梦寐以求的生活。如果你亲身经历过这样的生命旅程，你就会相信只要你走进法轮大法奇迹就会发生。真、善、忍是我生命中最伟大的真理，也是我生命的核心。我非常感动和庆幸，我找到了一条如此伟大的重启生命之路。”

四、感恩：师父让我重见光明

我叫翟桂芳，今年六十六岁。我的眼睛是一九八七年失明的。当时就去过几个大医院做过检查，检查结果是：（一）瞳孔粘连；（二）瞳孔缩小引起玻璃体混浊；（三）有白内障，或许还有其它问题。所有的医生都说没有办法治。我又去了兰州武警总队医院。那里的医生给我做了激光手术，没有任何效果。我的眼睛怎么治都不可能复明了，我彻底失望了。

一九九六年九月经山东老乡介绍，幸得法轮大法。因双目失明，只能由女儿领我到炼功点学法、炼功。后来我自己摸到离我家很近的同修家学法。

二零一三年九月二十三日凌晨十二点四十五分，我从厕所出来，突然眼前一亮，觉得很刺眼，过后玻璃、窗框、门我都看见了，还看见墙壁上画的梅花，看见沙发垫上的花和颜色，当时我感觉沙发垫没放正，就走过去把它摆正。我心里很激动，我的眼睛能看见了？但不敢相信是真的。

我把老伴叫醒了，说：“你看沙发垫是不是摆正了？”老伴说是摆正了。我真的能看见了！我激动得一晚上没睡着觉，无法表达我对师父的感恩！无法感谢师父给弟子所做的一切！只能在内心反复的重复：“师尊好！法轮大法好！”老伴声音颤抖着激动地说：“还是法轮大法好啊！”

早上起来，老伴说你先看看日历，我说我要先看看大法书！我就拿出《法轮佛法　大圆满法》，翻开书，一眼看到师父的法像，看到师父的法身全身都在动，我对师父说：“师父，我能看见您了！感谢师父的慈悲救度！”

修大法我又重见光明了！认识我的人都见证了大法的神奇。

五、险些失明：程式设计师摆脱青光眼重见光明

库奇（KukiSzabolcs）是罗马尼亚的一位程式设计师。或许因每天大量时间使用电脑的缘故，二零零三年，他的视力竟然急剧下降、接近失明，医生诊断他得了青光眼，且眼压非常高，两年之后可能会完全失明，这个坏消息犹如晴天霹雳，让全家人面临很大的压力，因为当时家里的房租等生活开支完全依赖他的收入。如果视力恶化，他将失去这份电脑的工作。

库奇开始想办法寻找良医，他拜访了当地十多位医生，又去首都布加勒斯特找医生，还曾出国求医，但是都无功而返。这让他心中极为焦虑不安，对未来忧心忡忡。

到后来，他对西医的治疗方法已经不再抱持任何希望，库奇开始转向打坐，练习瑜伽和一些气功，也花费了许多金钱，不过都没有得到改善，反而如坠五里雾中，让他更加彷徨，不知所措。

此时，有一位得知他近况的朋友向他推荐了一种祛病健身功效很好的气功——法轮功。他迫不及待的开始学炼法轮功的五套功法，并阅读《转法轮》这本书籍，他说，“看完这本书，我感觉看待世界的方式焕然一新，所有机遇都在我面前……我觉得这是真正的科学。”

神奇的是，学炼法轮功之后，他的视力慢慢改善了。炼了一阵子，他的视力竟然完全恢复正常，直到今天他仍然愉快的在电脑前工作。

二零一一年，在一次公司安排的例行眼科检查时，库奇告诉眼科医生，八年前他得过青光眼。医生很惊讶，仔细检查后告诉库奇：“青光眼”一定是误诊，因为得过青光眼的人，眼睛上都会留有瘢痕。

库奇笑一笑，没有和医生争辩，这段峰回路转的心路历程，他和家人一步一脚印，走过来了。

Michel said, “Meditation like this is good medicine for the soul. It changes from the inside, not from the outside. It’s very good and beneficial for everyone.” He encouraged practitioners to keep exposing the CCP’s crimes. He said it was great to tell people about these egregious human rights violations in China in such a peaceful way.

(Minghui.org) Practitioners held an event in Saint-Sauveur in Quebec, Canada, on July 2, 2022, to introduce Falun Dafa. Some people learned the exercises at the event while others said they would come to the local group practice site. Many people were moved when they found out about Falun Dafa and how it is persecuted in China. One man said that learning about Falun Dafa was the best gift he’d ever received.

Saint-Sauveur is located at the foot of the Laurentian Mountains and is a popular year-round tourist attraction. It is a ski resort in winter and a vacation destination in the summer. Practitioners demonstrated the exercises on the square in front of the church in the town center, clarified the truth to passersby, and collected signatures on a petition to end the persecution. Many people gave practitioners a thumbs up and expressed their support.

Michel, a retired businessman, was pleased to see the practitioners’ activity. He said that he had seen their activities in Montreal several times, so he knew about the CCP’s crime of organ harvesting. As he stood and watched practitioners doing the exercises, Michel kept calling over friends to come and learn about Falun Dafa. He also did the exercises with practitioners.

Myriam from Laval, Quebec, was visiting the town with her husband. When she saw practitioners doing the exercises, she came over and asked to learn them. Afterward, a practitioner told her that there were free online classes and that there were also group practice sites in her city. She left her phone number and asked the practitioner to send her the address of the practice site. She said she planned to continue learning how to do after returning home.

Jean-Marc, a retired electrician, was interested in Falun Dafa and watched practitioners as they did the exercises. Practitioner Thanh told him about Falun Dafa and her own experiences She said that, after she started practicing Falun Dafa, she enlightened to the meaning of life. By following the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance, her life improved.

Jean-Marc was impressed. He said that he was participating in an educational project to help millennial children develop virtues such as the importance of caring for others, and he was inspired by Thanh’s words. He endorsed the values of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance.

“I’m very grateful to God for bringing this lady to me and for this practice and energy,” he said. “I also meditate so I know it’s important. People shouldn’t just care about what brand of car they buy. Our inner self is more important and needs to be taken care of. What is the meaning of life? I am puzzled. Thanh’s words helped me and I am grateful.”

When he took the Falun Dafa flyer Thanh handed him, he said, “This is the best gift I’ve ever received.”

Background: What Is Falun Dafa and Why Is the CCP Persecuting It?

Falun Dafa (also known as Falun Gong) was first introduced to the public by Mr. Li Hongzhi in Changchun, China, in 1992. The spiritual discipline is now practiced in over 100 countries and regions worldwide. Millions of people who have embraced the teachings, which are based on the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance, and learned the five exercises, have experienced improved health and well-being.

Jiang Zemin, former head of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), perceived the spiritual discipline’s growing popularity as a threat to the CCP’s atheistic ideology and on July 20, 1999, issued an order to ban the practice.

Minghui.org has confirmed the deaths of thousands of practitioners as a result of the persecution over the past 23 years. The actual number is believed to be much higher. More have been imprisoned and tortured for their faith.

There is concrete evidence that the CCP sanctions the harvesting of organs from detained practitioners, who are murdered to supply the organ transplant industry.
