45-year-old Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Yi Fuquan was a resident of Yanhecun village, Jinchengxiang township, Shuangcheng city, Heilongjiang province. He was sentenced to labor camp because he refused to give up cultivation of Falun Gong. He was further sentenced to 6 years in prison because of possession of Falun Gong books and truth clarification booklets. He was imprisoned at the Tailai prison on July 1 2004. Due to long term torture and slave labor, he was persecuted to death on February 13 2008. The video was made before his death.
