(Minghui.org) In Chinese history, the last king of the Shang Dynasty, Zhou, was notorious for his cruelness. Early in his reign, King Zhou appeared to be a very capable person. Later, however, he was heavily influenced by a wicked concubine, Daji, who was possessed by a fox spirit.
In order to please her, King Zhou killed his loyal officials and indulged in sex and wine. Eventually he lost the trust of his people, which led to the downfall of the Shang Dynasty.
History gives us a perfect mirror to reflect on the current society. Communism permeates every aspect of today’s Chinese society, from the media, education and politics down to people’s thoughts, instilling an ideology of struggle, violence and corruption. All government organs strictly adhere to the autocratic rule of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP).
The oppressive and corrupt state of today’s Chinese society can thus be directly attributed to the manipulation by the CCP. It’s very much akin to how Daji manipulated state affairs in the Shang Dynasty, causing its downfall.
The persecution of peaceful citizens in modern China is fueled by embezzlement. Since the communist regime came to power in 1949, millions have been killed through endless political movements, such as the Campaign to Suppress Counter-revolutionaries, the Sufan Movement, the Anti-Rightist Movement, the Great Cultural Revolution, the Great Famine, the Tiananmen Square Massacre, and now the persecution of Falun Gong.
At least 80 million Chinese people have died or were killed through these movements, exceeding the total number of World War II casualties.
Worse than Daji, the CCP strategically deploys the use of all forms of media and educational institutions to spread deceitful propaganda across all strata of society.
For example, the Party called the Great Famine the “Three Years of Natural Disasters,” blaming 40 million deaths on nature. According to historical records, however, no major natural disasters occurred in China during that period of time, from 1959 to 1961. In fact, it was the CCP’s “Great Leap Forward” campaign targeting farmers that caused the famine.
By the same token, to cover up for its brutal persecution of Falun Gong practitioners, the CCP has fabricated slanderous lies about Falun Gong, spreading these lies across all available Internet, print, TV and radio mediums.
For example, the so-called “Self Immolation on Tiananmen Square” in 2001 was a hoax orchestrated by the CCP, with the intention of inciting hatred toward Falun Gong. In August of the same year, the International Education Development, an NGO affiliated with the United Nations, issued the following statement during the session of the UN Sub-Commission on the Promotion and Protection of Human Rights: “The regime points to a supposed self-immolation incident in Tiananmen Square on January 23, 2001… However, we have obtained a video of that incident that in our view proves that this event was staged by the government.”
The widespread corruption and moral degeneration in China today is a direct result of the CCP being in power. Party officials hide huge amounts of extorted funds in overseas banks. They keep mistresses, arbitrarily rob people of their land, and repeatedly ignore illegal activity occurring in the society. In such a climate, all trades and professions in society have stooped to extreme cunning, including the use of poisonous ingredients in food products, to maximize profits.
While the wicked aren’t punished, those who follow Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, the guiding principles of Falun Gong, are thrown into prisons, forced labor camps and brainwashing centers. They are cruelly tortured, and their organs are harvested for profit while they are still alive.
The CCP has completely lost people’s trust, even more so than how the public had felt at the end of the Shang Dynasty. Thus, the Party is doomed to perish. It is the will of heaven that it will meet with due retribution.
A rock discovered in a national park in Zhangbu, Pingtang County, Guizhou Province, in 2002 offers a potent premonition. A crack in the 270-million-year-old megalith, formed 500 years ago, reveals six neatly displayed Chinese characters that say: “The Chinese Communist Party Collapses.”
The battle of Muye, which led to the collapse of the Shang Dynasty, took place in 1046 B.C. Duke Wu led an army of about 50,000 to the capital. King Zhou ordered 700,000 men to defend it. Despite the overwhelming advantage, the king’s army did not want to fight for the corrupt Shang Dynasty. Instead, many of them defected to Duke Wu’s side, and whatever remained of King Zhou’s troops quickly collapsed.
Seeing his death approaching, King Zhou retreated to Lutai Terrence and burned himself. Duke Wu went on to establish the Dazhou Dynasty—the longest dynasty in Chinese history.

Before the current page of history is turned, those who have joined the CCP and its affiliated youth leagues are being given an opportunity to renounce their association with these organizations on the Epoch Times website, thereby distancing themselves from the crimes committed by the CCP.
Over 155 million people have already made this great choice that is sure to bring them blessings in the future.
No one would like to be buried with the doomed party. Thus, it is in the best interest of every individual to understand the true nature of the CCP and learn the true story of Falun Gong.
I would like to encourage everyone to read the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and renounce any affiliation you may have with the CCP on theEpoch Times website, thereby choosing a bright future for yourself and your family.
