【新唐人2011年5月2日讯】中共对法轮功的镇压已经持续了12年，除了肉体上的酷刑折磨，中共当局还将所谓「精神病疗法」用于对法轮功学员的迫害。最近从大陆传出，湖北省武穴市当局为了让被关押的法轮功学员放弃信仰，对他们施用不明药物，导致多名法轮功学员精神痴呆，失去了讲话的能力。
今年一月中旬，原武穴市广师附小学教师、法轮功学员吴青在看守所被关押中，警察在她的食物中放進破坏中枢神经的不明药物，导致吴青精神痴呆，丧失语言能力。武穴市医药公司职工、法轮功学员邵春瑛在吃了警察投放药物的食物后，出现同样症状，生命垂危。
另外，陈学珍、居建勋、陶金龙也在关押期间吃了被警察不明药物的食物而导致精神痴呆，丧失语言能力。
据明慧网报导，至少一千名精神正常的法轮功学员被关進精神病院、戒毒所，受到精神药物的迫害，覆盖包括北京等全国23个省市地区。
来自黑龙江省牡丹江市的法轮功学员于贞洁，回忆了她2006年在当地公安医院遭到药物迫害的情况。
于贞洁：「（警察）把我绑起来，带很重的脚镣子，手按住，然后给我点滴不明药物。点滴完之后，我后腰和肚子疼得后来就昏过去了，脑袋失去记忆，我很长时间就一直像傻呵呵的，大脑反应迟钝，就到现在我也是大脑反应迟钝。」
2009年1月14日，联合国「酷刑问题」特派专员诺瓦克教授，在向联合国人权理事会提交的一份特别报告中指出，他在访华时注意到，中共当局经常对行政拘留人员采用『强制药物治疗』手段。

CCP persecution of Falun Gong has been going on for 12 years, in addition to physical torture, the Chinese authorities will also use so-called "mental therapy" for the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners. In mid-January this year, Wuxue primary school teacher and Falun Gong practitioner - Wu Qing was detained in the Detention Center. Police put in her food an unknown drug which damage the central nervous system, resulting in Wu Qing dementia, loss of language skills .
Wuxue pharmaceutical company employees, Falun Gong practitioner - Shao Chunying ate the food which was drugged by the police. The same symptoms occured and she was in a critical condition.
In addition, Chen Xuezhen, Ju Jianxun, Tao Jinlong also ate the drugged food and lead to their mental dementia and loss of language skills.
According to Minghui Net, at least thousand Falun Gong practitioners were confined to psychiatric hospitals, drug rehabilitation, persecuted by psychotropic substances, in Beijing and 23 other provinces and cities nationwide.
Mudanjiang City, Heilongjiang Province, Falun Gong practitioner- Yu Zhen Jie, recalled her memories of drug persecution in a local public security hospital in 2006.
Yu Zhen Jie: "Police tied me up, shackled me with a heavy chain,and then dripped me with an unknown drugs. When the drip was finished, my lower back and stomach were so painful that I fainted. I lost memory for a long time, feeling retarded, the brain unresponsive was slow even until today. "
January 14, 2009, a United Nations Professor, submitted to the UN Human Rights Council a special report after his visit to China. He noted that the Chinese authorities often use means of compulsory drug treatment on detented prisoners.

「转基因技术」可以使生物体的一些原始特征发生改变，并且可以遗传给后代。生物学家最早利用转基因技术，是希望培育出高产、抗病毒、抗虫、抗除草剂等的新品种。
但是在实际生产中和科学实验中，人们也发现了转基因作物的危害性。
维也纳大学兽医学教授岑太克（Juergen Zentek）2009年研究发现，在持续20周以上，使用含33％的转基因玉米喂养的小白鼠，从第三代开始后代的体重、体长和数量明显减少。
而美国农民曾报告说，他们饲养的成千上万只猪吃了转基因玉米饲料后，都不能生殖了，有的猪出现假孕，生下来一袋子水。印度哈里亚纳邦的调查表明，大多数吃了转基因棉籽的水牛有并发症，如早产、流产、不育并子宫脱垂。而在很多国家，种植转基因玉米的农田里没有老鼠，因为都死光了。
在最早大面积种植转基因农作物的南美洲各国，近年来不断有媒体曝光，当地居民生下的孩子接连都是先天畸形。
南美受害者索菲亚：「在中毒之前我们曾是一个幸福的家庭，我们曾经拥有自己的植物和果树，但我们现在什么都失去了，包括我的弟弟。一位医生告诉我不能生小孩，最少10年不能生，否则都是先天畸形，是因为中毒的缘故。」
目前，世界粮农组织、卫生组织、经济合作组织等权威机构，以及115个国家的250个消费者协会，没有一个宣布说，他们认为转基因食品是安全的。「绿色和平」组织曾警告各国政府要加强对转基因食品安全性的研究，同时呼吁立即停止任何转基因粮食作物的商业化审批和种植。
但是，2009年年底，中共当局批准许可了两种转基因水稻并开始广泛种植。中国作为全球最大的水稻生产国和消费国，也就成为了全球第一个转基因水稻商业化的国家，这引发了很多中国人的担忧和反对。尤其是农业部还宣称，转基因稻米在三五年内将成为中国人的主食。

台湾明道大学校长陈世雄教授，也担任台湾有机产业促進协会理事长，他认为，人类无力承受转基因食品给人类带来毁灭性的灾难，他把食品安全和国土安全放到了同一个重要的水准上。
台湾明道大学校长陈世雄：「这些东西都是对人类前途和未来都是有一个很大的危机存在，就是要避免这种科技运用了以后，最后会导致我们人类的后代，甚至于现代的人类的福祉和健康（受伤害）。」
绝大多数中国网友和民众也强烈反对转基因食品。

Green Peace said genetically modified (GM) ingredients were found in commercial baby foods in China. What is GM? How will it affect ecology and human body? How is it treated internationally and in China?
What can people do when China allows large-scale cultivation of GM rice? Let's look at the detailed reports.
Green Peace recently announced the finding of GM in commercially available baby foods, instant rice and other food products in China. From the end of 2010 to April 2011, they randomly sampled baby foods, instant rice and noodles in Beijing, Wuhan, Xiaotao, Guangzhou and Hong Kong to detect GM ingredients.
Fang Lifeng (Green Peace Food & Agricultural Officer): "We spent several months to sample about 100 products, GM ingredients were found in ten samples. It is very serious. According to British Royal Society, to include GM ingredients in baby foods must be seriously reviewed."
GM technology can change original features of organisms, which can inherit to next generations. The first use of GM technology is to breed new varieties which are high-yield, anti-virus, insect resistant and hardy to herbicides.
GM crops are found harmful in production and scientific experiments.
Professor Juergen Zentek in Veterinary Medicine, University of Vienna found in 2009, for mice fed with 33% GM corn for 20 weeks or longer, the 3rd generations decreased in weight, length and population.
U.S. farmers have reported thousands of pigs fed with GM corn could not reproduce. Some had false pregnancy and gave birth to a pouch of water. India Haryana Survey showed most buffalos fed with GM cottonseeds had complicating diseases, such as premature delivery, miscarriage, infertility and uterine prolapse. In many countries, mice die off in GM maize fields.
GM crops were first cultivated in South America. Babies were reportedly with congenital malformation.
Victim Sofia in South America said, "We used to be a happy family with our own plants and fruit trees. Now we lost everything, including my brother. Doctor said I should not get pregnant in next 10 years, or the baby will be congenitally malformed. "
Currently FAO, WHO, ECO and other authorities, as well as 250 Consumer Associations in 115 countries, none has announced saying GM food is safe. Green Peace warned governments to strengthen research on GM food safety, and called for an immediate cessation of GM crops commercialization and planting.
At the end of 2009, Chinese authorities approved two GM rices for planting. As the world's largest rice producer and consumer, China became the first to commercialize GM rice, which sparked many concerns and opposition of Chinese people. Ministry of Agriculture announced GM rice would become major foods of China in 3 years.
Ye Yongmao, an expert of Food safety in China said, GM foods contain toxins causing cancer and organ abnormalities, even genes mutation, which will harm next generations. GM food is forbidden in many countries.
Professor Chen Shixiong, president of Taiwan Mingdao University and chairman of the Taiwan Organic Industry Promotion Association said, human beings can't afford the catastrophe brought by GM foods. He put food safety on the same level with Homeland Security.
Chen Shixiong: “GM foods is a great crisis for mankind's future, we should prevent this technology from eventually hurting our well-beings and health.”
The overwhelming majority of Chinese netizens and citizens strongly oppose GM foods.

Who Opposes Falun Gong's Persecution? 国内陆续多位高官抨击迫害法轮功 (W/ English Sub)

【新唐人2011年4月29日讯】中共迫害法轮功已将近12年，数以千万计的法轮功学员遭受残酷迫害，一直受到国际社会广泛谴责。与此同时，中共体制内陆续有多位高官站出来公开抨击迫害法轮功，指出这是中华民族的巨大灾难，要求立即停止迫害，并对元凶江泽民追究刑事责任。
自1999年7月20号，江泽民全面开动中共国家机器迫害法轮功，据不完全统计，目前已确认至少有3400多名法轮功学员被迫害致死，其中老人和妇女各占大半，使用酷刑达40种以上，数千学员遭受到破坏中枢神经药物的摧残，数万学员被活体摘取器官，遭关押劳教、暴力洗脑的学员不计其数。
前北京大学法学教授袁红冰指出，中共是一个国家恐怖主义的黑手党集团，对法轮功群众進行比纳粹对犹太人还残酷的迫害。
今年是法轮功学员「四二五」和平上访12周年，前赵紫阳政治秘书鲍彤表示，法轮功在全世界得以弘扬，唯独在中国大陆遭到迫害；中共迫害法轮功将会作为反人类的冤案载入史册。
鲍彤(前赵紫阳政治秘书)：「我认为这个完全是欲加之罪。由一个人，江泽民，出了一个指示，最后由一个人大常委来通过一个法律，来对付一个组织，我觉得这个事情啊，是一个很大的、很大的错误。我想他自己再考虑这些问题他也会后悔的。为什么好事情不做，偏要做那些坏事情？难道共产党到现在还不知道镇压法轮功镇压错了？」
除了前赵紫阳政治秘书鲍彤，在国内公开反对迫害法轮功的高官，还有前人大副委员长丁石孙、前新华社副社长李普、前中央党校理论研究室副主任杜光、前安徽省政协常委汪兆钧等人。
另有一些官员出走海外谴责迫害法轮功、公开声明退党，其中包括沈阳市委宣传部联络部长张凯臣、山西省科技专家协会秘书长贾甲、中国驻悉尼总领馆政治参赞陈用林、国安部对外谍报官李凤智、天津市公安局610官员郝凤军、沈阳市司法局局长韩广生等官员。
全国第九届、第十届人大副委员长、民盟中央主席、原北京大学校长丁石孙教授，曾在2004年人大常委会上就对待法轮功问题上，提出异议。
前新华社副社长李普表示，朱鎔基已经解决好了的，但是江泽民跳了出来，一意孤行要镇压。对法轮功的镇压完全是犯法的，不仅违反宪法所赋予公民的「宗教信仰自由」，而且迫害死那么多人，又触犯了刑法。这个罪大了！
前中央党校教授杜光表示，共产党镇压法轮功纯属「蠢人干蠢事」，不仅迫害了那么多无辜的人，而且违背了国家利益，丧失民心，对中共自己是沉重的打击，破坏了自己统治的合法性。
而前安徽省政协常委汪兆钧指出，中共极权专制造成了迫害法轮功的灾难。「这极权对我们中华民族是灾难。极权主义会造成文化大革命，极权主义你继续下去，那么我们今天六四的灾难、法轮功的灾难；如果我们再继续下去，后面还会灾难。」
汪兆钧在致胡温的万言公开信中提出，中国当今最迫切的是：「要立即停止对法轮功的迫害，对当时决定镇压的决策者追究刑事责任，对受害人给予国家赔偿。」
据香港《前哨》杂志披露，江泽民自知死期不远，去年起至少两次对身边的人谈到，这一辈子做过终生后悔的两件蠢事之一是镇压法轮功，为自己平添了几千万对立面。
外界分析指出，中共历来人走茶凉，谁也不愿意背负历史包袱，如果更多官员表态反对迫害法轮功并采取行动制止，江系势力也翻不了天，而这正是江泽民最担心的。

Who Opposes Falun Gong's Persecution?
Nearly 12 years, tens of thousands of Falun Gong practitioners have been brutally persecuted, which the world's community widely condemns. Meanwhile many top officials in the Chinese regime also openly oppose the persecution on Falun Gong. They feel that it is a huge disaster for the Chinese and call for an immediate end to the persecution as well as holding Jiang Zemin legally accountable.
According to incomplete data, 3,400 Falun Gong practitioners were persecuted to death since 1999. More than half of them were elderly and women. Tens of thousands of practitioners have been treated inhumanely, including over 40 forms of torture, drugs destructive to the central nervous system, alive organ harvesting, forced labor camps and brainwashing.
Former Peking University law professor, Yuan Hongbing pointed out that the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) is a terrorist group, persecuting Falun Gong practitioners more brutally than Nazi's persecution of Jews.
Now is the 12th anniversary of 4/25 peaceful petition. Bao Tong, secretary of the former political secretary Zhao Ziyang, said that Falun Gong has spread to the whole world but is persecuted only in China.
Persecution of Falun Gong will be recorded in history as injustice and an anti-humane act.
Bao Tong (Zhao Ziyang's former secretary): "I think this is totally arbitrary. Jiang Zemin's idea was passed through People's Congress to deal with by an organization. I believe this is a huge mistake.
If he thinks about it, he would also regret it. Why not do some good deeds instead of bad? Doesn't the communist party already know that it is wrong to suppress Falun Gong?”
In addition, many top officials such as former NPC vice chairman Ding Shisun, former vice president of Xinhua, Li Pu, former Anhui Province Standing Committee member Wang Zhaojun and many others also openly oppose the persecution of Falun Gong.
While abroad, a lot of officials criticized Falun Gong's persecution and openly quit CCP, including Zhang Kaichen from the propaganda department in Shenyang Jia Jia, secretary general of scientific experts, Chen Yonglin, Chinese Consulate General in Sydney, Li Fengshi from State Security Ministry, Hao Fengjun, 610 officer, Han Guangsheng, from Judicial Bureau of Shenyang, etc.
During the 9th and 10th National People's Congress (NPC), the vice chairman of NPC, the vice chairman of the Central Committee, and the former president of Beijing University,all brought up Falun Gong issue, raising objections.
Li Pu, former vice president of Xinhua, said that Zhu Rongji had already resolved the problem, but Jiang Zemin alone was against Falun Gong. Falun Gong's suppression not only violates the right of “freedom of religions” in the constitution, but also kills so many people. It is against the law and an immense crime.
Duguang, a former Central Party School professor, said that Falun Gong's suppression is "a fool's act". It not only hurts many innocent people, but also the nation's interests. It's a heavy blow to the CCP and destructive to its ruling legitimacy.
Wang Zhaojun former Standing Committee member of Anhui Province pointed out that the persecution of Falun Gong stemmed from CCP's totalitarianism. "Tyranny causes disasters, like Cultural Revolution, Tiananmen massacre and Falun Gong's persecution. If it continues, who knows what else would come.”
In an open letter to Hu and Wen,Wang Zhaojun said: “China urgently needs to stop the persecution of Falun Gong immediately, to hold the perpetrator accountable and to make compensation to victims.”
Hong Kong Outpost magazine reported: “Jiang Zemin knows that his end is near, at least twice last year he told people around him that the suppression of Falun Gong is one of the two stupid things he did in his lifetime and made millions of enemies.”
Outside analysts pointed out that CCP would never bear someone else's burden. If more top officials express objections to the persecution of Falun Gong, Jiang's forces will lose ground. And that is what worries most Jiang Zemin.

【新唐人2011年4月29日讯】中共迫害法轮功已将近12年，数以千万计的法轮功学员遭受残酷迫害，一直受到国际社会广泛谴责。与此同时，中共体制内陆续有多位高官站出来公开抨击迫害法轮功，指出这是中华民族的巨大灾难，要求立即停止迫害，并对元凶江泽民追究刑事责任。
自1999年7月20号，江泽民全面开动中共国家机器迫害法轮功，据不完全统计，目前已确认至少有3400多名法轮功学员被迫害致死，其中老人和妇女各占大半，使用酷刑达40种以上，数千学员遭受到破坏中枢神经药物的摧残，数万学员被活体摘取器官，遭关押劳教、暴力洗脑的学员不计其数。
前北京大学法学教授袁红冰指出，中共是一个国家恐怖主义的黑手党集团，对法轮功群众進行比纳粹对犹太人还残酷的迫害。
今年是法轮功学员「四二五」和平上访12周年，前赵紫阳政治秘书鲍彤表示，法轮功在全世界得以弘扬，唯独在中国大陆遭到迫害；中共迫害法轮功将会作为反人类的冤案载入史册。
鲍彤(前赵紫阳政治秘书)：「我认为这个完全是欲加之罪。由一个人，江泽民，出了一个指示，最后由一个人大常委来通过一个法律，来对付一个组织，我觉得这个事情啊，是一个很大的、很大的错误。我想他自己再考虑这些问题他也会后悔的。为什么好事情不做，偏要做那些坏事情？难道共产党到现在还不知道镇压法轮功镇压错了？」
除了前赵紫阳政治秘书鲍彤，在国内公开反对迫害法轮功的高官，还有前人大副委员长丁石孙、前新华社副社长李普、前中央党校理论研究室副主任杜光、前安徽省政协常委汪兆钧等人。
另有一些官员出走海外谴责迫害法轮功、公开声明退党，其中包括沈阳市委宣传部联络部长张凯臣、山西省科技专家协会秘书长贾甲、中国驻悉尼总领馆政治参赞陈用林、国安部对外谍报官李凤智、天津市公安局610官员郝凤军、沈阳市司法局局长韩广生等官员。
全国第九届、第十届人大副委员长、民盟中央主席、原北京大学校长丁石孙教授，曾在2004年人大常委会上就对待法轮功问题上，提出异议。
前新华社副社长李普表示，朱鎔基已经解决好了的，但是江泽民跳了出来，一意孤行要镇压。对法轮功的镇压完全是犯法的，不仅违反宪法所赋予公民的「宗教信仰自由」，而且迫害死那么多人，又触犯了刑法。这个罪大了！
前中央党校教授杜光表示，共产党镇压法轮功纯属「蠢人干蠢事」，不仅迫害了那么多无辜的人，而且违背了国家利益，丧失民心，对中共自己是沉重的打击，破坏了自己统治的合法性。
而前安徽省政协常委汪兆钧指出，中共极权专制造成了迫害法轮功的灾难。「这极权对我们中华民族是灾难。极权主义会造成文化大革命，极权主义你继续下去，那么我们今天六四的灾难、法轮功的灾难；如果我们再继续下去，后面还会灾难。」
汪兆钧在致胡温的万言公开信中提出，中国当今最迫切的是：「要立即停止对法轮功的迫害，对当时决定镇压的决策者追究刑事责任，对受害人给予国家赔偿。」
据香港《前哨》杂志披露，江泽民自知死期不远，去年起至少两次对身边的人谈到，这一辈子做过终生后悔的两件蠢事之一是镇压法轮功，为自己平添了几千万对立面。
外界分析指出，中共历来人走茶凉，谁也不愿意背负历史包袱，如果更多官员表态反对迫害法轮功并采取行动制止，江系势力也翻不了天，而这正是江泽民最担心的。

Who Opposes Falun Gong's Persecution?
Nearly 12 years, tens of thousands of Falun Gong practitioners have been brutally persecuted, which the world's community widely condemns. Meanwhile many top officials in the Chinese regime also openly oppose the persecution on Falun Gong. They feel that it is a huge disaster for the Chinese and call for an immediate end to the persecution as well as holding Jiang Zemin legally accountable.
According to incomplete data, 3,400 Falun Gong practitioners were persecuted to death since 1999. More than half of them were elderly and women. Tens of thousands of practitioners have been treated inhumanely, including over 40 forms of torture, drugs destructive to the central nervous system, alive organ harvesting, forced labor camps and brainwashing.
Former Peking University law professor, Yuan Hongbing pointed out that the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) is a terrorist group, persecuting Falun Gong practitioners more brutally than Nazi's persecution of Jews.
Now is the 12th anniversary of 4/25 peaceful petition. Bao Tong, secretary of the former political secretary Zhao Ziyang, said that Falun Gong has spread to the whole world but is persecuted only in China.
Persecution of Falun Gong will be recorded in history as injustice and an anti-humane act.
Bao Tong (Zhao Ziyang's former secretary): "I think this is totally arbitrary. Jiang Zemin's idea was passed through People's Congress to deal with by an organization. I believe this is a huge mistake.
If he thinks about it, he would also regret it. Why not do some good deeds instead of bad? Doesn't the communist party already know that it is wrong to suppress Falun Gong?”
In addition, many top officials such as former NPC vice chairman Ding Shisun, former vice president of Xinhua, Li Pu, former Anhui Province Standing Committee member Wang Zhaojun and many others also openly oppose the persecution of Falun Gong.
While abroad, a lot of officials criticized Falun Gong's persecution and openly quit CCP, including Zhang Kaichen from the propaganda department in Shenyang Jia Jia, secretary general of scientific experts, Chen Yonglin, Chinese Consulate General in Sydney, Li Fengshi from State Security Ministry, Hao Fengjun, 610 officer, Han Guangsheng, from Judicial Bureau of Shenyang, etc.
During the 9th and 10th National People's Congress (NPC), the vice chairman of NPC, the vice chairman of the Central Committee, and the former president of Beijing University,all brought up Falun Gong issue, raising objections.
Li Pu, former vice president of Xinhua, said that Zhu Rongji had already resolved the problem, but Jiang Zemin alone was against Falun Gong. Falun Gong's suppression not only violates the right of “freedom of religions” in the constitution, but also kills so many people. It is against the law and an immense crime.
