A security officer at the Ministry of Science and Technology learned about how practitioners in China were killed for their belief. He was shocked and said that he would pray for the evildoers to be punished. He said that having faith in gods was the right thing to do and should not be suppressed.
(Minghui.org)Falun Dafa practitioners in Brasilia, the capital of Brazil, went to the Presidential Palace, the Senate, and the Chamber of Deputies February 3-5, 2014, to raise awareness about the persecution and forced organ harvesting in China.
Practitioners went to the government offices before the employees arrived at work at 7:30 a.m. to be ready to distribute Falun Dafa flyers.
The government agencies included: the Ministry of Culture, the Supreme Federal Court, the Ministry of Social Development and Fight Against Hunger (MDS), the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Labor, the Ministry of Social Welfare, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Ministry of Defense.
Many of the employees were reading the flyers as they walked in to the building. Some of them raised their thumbs and said, “Falun Dafa is good,” “You are doing the right thing.”

Over the lunch hour on February 3, practitioners handed out informational flyers about Falun Dafa and the persecution to employees from the Ministry of Justice as they were leaving the building.
Prosecutors, judges, and clerks carefully read the flyers and were in disbelief after understanding the extent of the brutality in the persecution of Falun Dafa. Some of them wanted to learn more about it.
One of them said that people nowadays should pay more attention to “Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance” so that morality would improve.

On February 4 after giving out flyers in front of the government buildings, the practitioners did the five exercises together at the Three Powers Square, which is surrounded by the Presidential Palace, the National Congress, and the Supreme Federal Court.
On February 5, the practitioners handed out flyers at the Presidential Palace to officials and soldiers of the Cabinet of Institutional Security.
One of the officials pointed at a photo and asked about organ harvesting from living people. After a practitioner told him the facts about forced organ harvesting, the official said, “This is unbelievable! How did this happen? The Chinese government said that Falun Dafa has political intentions?” The practitioner told him about the Chinese regime’s propaganda and lies and explained to him about Falun Dafa and why the Chinese regime persecutes this peaceful practice.
After understanding the truth, the official asked, “Do all of you practice Falun Dafa? Is this your first time at the Presidential Palace? We are all good people here. I can help you take a picture here if you wish.” He helped take several photos and wished every practitioner the best before they left.
The practitioners also went to the National Senate and the Chamber of Deputies. Many representatives read the flyers, and some raised their thumbs to encourage the practitioners.
One stopped to listen to practitioners explaining about Falun Dafa and the persecution and said, “I like Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. I will get online to learn more about Falun Dafa. When can I learn the exercises?”
After listening to a practitioner tell them about the persecution and forced organ harvesting, two representatives seemed shocked and did not respond for a while. After the practitioner asked them to advocate to their constituents not to go to China for organ transplants, they reassured the practitioner that they would research the issue and make official responses.

In late February of 2001, nearly all of the Falun Dafa practitioners from Anhua County were arrested and taken to the Anhua County Brainwashing Center, where they were illegally imprisoned and persecuted. It was during this period that Mr. Zhou was beaten to death by the police in the brainwashing center.
(Clearwisdom.net) Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Zhou Wuliang, from Xianxi Town, Anhua County, Hunan Province, was beaten to death by police in March 2001. I would like to contribute some additional information about his death.
Mr. Zhou Wuliang, who was over 50 years old, was a farmer from Xianxi Town, Anhua County. He started to practice Falun Gong before 1998. Mr. Zhou was well liked and respected by the community. In late February of 2001, nearly all of the Falun Dafa practitioners from Anhua County were arrested and taken to the Anhua County Brainwashing Center, where they were illegally imprisoned and persecuted. It was during this period that Mr. Zhou was beaten to death by the police in the brainwashing center.
That morning, after breakfast, the guards forced the practitioners to gather in the classroom. Meanwhile, someone had told Mr. Zhou Wuliang to move a brazier outside. The Anhua County Police Bureau Assistant Commissioner Jiang Zhihui was giving a speech in the classroom about the twisted Chinese Communist Party (CCP) ideology. Suddenly we heard a loud sound coming from outside the room. A person rushed inside and whispered something to Jiang Zhihui, who immediately left. Another person quickly closed the door and did not allow us to go outside to see what was going on.
Everybody was anxious and did not know what was happening. We learned afterwards that Mr. Zhou Wuliang had been seriously injured, and was sent to the hospital for emergency rescue.
When pressed for details about what happened, a staff member from the brainwashing center named Wu Manzhen took us to the scene. She pointed to the bulletin board from which strips of torn paper were hanging, and said angrily, “Look at what Zhou Wuliang did!” After that, she left, as if that justified everything. The posting on that bulletin board was slandering Dafa and Master Li. It was Mr. Zhou Wuliang who ripped off the poster, and he was then killed by the police. The police, however, claimed that Mr. Zhou Wuliang had committed suicide by jumping off the building.
On the third day, the heads of the 610 Office Chen Yongsheng and Jiang Zhihui summoned everybody to a meeting. At the meeting they told us that they had been unsuccessful in resuscitating Mr. Zhou, and his family had taken his body home.
At that point, the Dafa practitioners present made two requests. First, we requested that every eyewitness in the cafeteria or on the road should describe how Mr. Zhou had jumped off the building to his death, if their story was true. Second, a mourning place should be set up in the brainwashing center, and we should have a memorial service for Mr. Zhou.
The answer from Jiang Zhihui was, “First, eyewitnesses are unnecessary, because the authorities will send people to inspect the scene shortly, and they will investigate the situation thoroughly. Second, the memorial service and mourning place are not permissible.”
The so-called investigation from the authorities never happened.
Later on, a staff member named Li said to us, “A big bump was there on top of Mr. Zhou Wuliang’s head. When I carried him into the vehicle, his nose was dripping dark blood. It dripped on my neck and ruined my clothes. At that time, Mr. Zhou had already lost consciousness, and he could not speak.”
The heads of the 610 office Chen Yongsheng and Jiang Zhihui must take direct responsibility for this murder.
