Practitioners demonstrated the five Falun Dafa exercises that promote physical and mental fitness at the gymnasium of Collège Jacques-Yves Cousteau. The Olympics were recently held in Paris, and many people were interested in improving their health and fitness.
(Minghui.org) The annual Forum of Associations in Méry-sur-Oise, Paris, was held on Sunday September 8, 2024. The forum provides a platform for local associations to introduce their services and goals to the public. Falun Dafa practitioners participated in the forum this year to promote the ancient meditation practice and tell people about the 25-year-long persecution in China.
The practitioners set up a table at the event to tell people about Falun Dafa and distribute flyers. An English couple who live in Méry-sur-Oise were very curious about Falun Dafa and asked many questions. Practitioners told them where they could find the exercises sites and learn the exercises for free.

The mayor of the city Pierre-Édouard Eon and a newly-elected representative stopped by the practitioners’ table. They said they were interested joining the weekly exercise sessions the practitioners hold on Saturdays in a park.
The following Saturday, many people joined practitioners in the park to learn the exercises.
