新报告中加入了调查员打电话给中国医院的更多录音证据，并公布了统计数字。调查员M打电话给全中国各地八十多个医院的移植专科医生，十家医院的医生承认用法轮功学员的器官；五家称可以拿到法轮功学员的器官；十四家医院承认器官提供者是囚犯；十家医院称器官来源是国家机密、不能在电话中透露。
一些承认使用法轮功学员器官的医生，在电话中甚至承认全国的器官移植手术的做法都是一样的。例如，报告中引用的调查员二零零六年十月二十五日打到上海瑞金医院的电话记录：

医生：对。

再如，二零零六年四月十一日打到西安交通大学附属第一医院肝移植科的电话：

王医生：也有活体肝。

调查员：来源说是从人身上摘下来的是吧？

调查员：有一些劳教所里关了一些法轮功的，然后就是活体摘取器官的……
王医生：是，是呀！咱们关心的是质量，不是关心它的来源，你说呢？现在国内都做了几千例的肝移植，每个人都差不多，那你说不可能现在传出点风声，然后大家就不做了。
器官买卖一直没有停止
中国卫生部去年三月底曾制定《人体器官移植技术临床应用管理暂行规定》，称自二零零六年七月一日起施行。规定明确提出，人体器官不得买卖；医疗机构临床用于移植的器官必须经捐赠者书面同意；捐赠者有权在器官移植前拒绝捐赠器官。
调查报告的新证据显示，活体摘取法轮功学员器官移植始终没有停止。除了二零零六年十月二十五日打到上海瑞金医院的电话之外，调查员还于二零零六年十一月十四日致电内蒙古医学院附属第一医院：
医生：最近我们可能就有（肝源）……
调查员：移植肝需要花费多少钱？
医生：我们的比较便宜，人民币十五万到二十万。
调查员：要等多长时间？
医生：大约一个月。
调查员：那种炼法轮功的（器官提供者）好一些。
医生：我知道，知道。你先过来以后再跟你说。这有的时候一时半会儿说不清楚。
调查员：对啊，就是那种说是法轮功的，他们身体好。
医生：知道，知道。
调查员：这种能不能找到呢？如果是……

新增补的报告强调，“考虑到想到二零零八年奥运会临近，国际社会对（中共）掠夺人体器官的炮轰；中国政府为顾及名声想尽办法说服国际社会大面积活摘器官并谋杀法轮功学员的事并没有发生；与此相反，许多机构承认了（活摘器官的）事实。”

【新唐人2010年12月28日讯】大陆作家韩寒新书《出发》，最近在台湾出版，这本书收录了韩寒出道10年来发表在报刊、杂志和博客上的文章。因为这本书一字未删，韩寒认为，这是编得最好的一本杂文集。不过，因为香港壹传媒集团主席黎智英撰写了韩寒这本杂文集的序文，这本书无法在中国出版。
据台湾《中国时报》27号报导，《出发》是韩寒继《青春》之后，在台湾出版的第二本杂文集。这本书从「学生韩寒」、「博客韩寒」、「敏感词韩寒」到「最初韩寒」，记录了韩寒书写的初衷，收录了韩寒出道10年来76篇精彩的文章。这本未剪一刀的文集被韩寒认为是编的最好的。
香港壹传媒集团主席黎智英在《出发》的序文中写道：「在这个只能以沉默揭示真相的国度，我们最需要的就是肯冒险讲真话的人，韩寒就是这样的人。」
韩寒因敢言而受到中国网民拥戴，但也因此而屡屡遭到当局删文警告。在这本文集里，体现着韩寒不怕当局「河蟹」和「敏感词」的特色话语。如：
「世界是这样的现实，但我们都有坚持自己的权利。」
「以前政府做事，从来不问民意，现在政府做事，自己制造民意。」
「一个对内不能和平游行的民族，他的对外任何游行是完全没有价值的，那只是一场集体舞。」
28岁的韩寒今年刚做了父亲，这位高中学历的作家，在高一曾创下期末考试七科不及格的记录。但他擅长写作，16岁在大陆全国新概念作文大赛中获—等奖，18岁出版的长篇小说《三重门》一面世就成为畅销书。他的新浪博客访问量列排行榜第六名，截止到2010年12月27号是441,510,715 ，并且在不断的增长。
今年4月，韩寒入选美国《时代周刊》评出的「全球最具影响力一百人」。12月入选美国杂志《外交政策》年度「全球百大思想家」。
韩寒成名10年间，先后被媒体贴上不同的标签：从「叛逆出轨的偏才生」，到「80后不负责任、率真狂傲的代表」，到「敢于担当的80后」。 最近这两年，韩寒屡屡介入社会事件及维权个案，于是「舆论领袖」、「公共知识份子」，甚至“反政府”韩寒，在更深的层次被众人所知。

Video Report: 70-Year-Old Falun Gong Practitioner Tortured to the Brink of Death in Hebei Province

(Clearwisdom.net) This video portrays an elderly gentleman by the name of Mr. Shi Zhimin, a retired management clerk from Hebei Province Textile Factory, located in Langfang City, Hebei Province. The video shows him after he was detained seven months in the Mengzhou City Detention Center and the Zhengzhou City Prison in Henan Province (his hometown is in Henan Province). Before detention, he weighed over 110 lbs, but now he weighs only about 55 lbs.
Mr. Shi Zhimin, "They force-fed me while they tortured me on the Dead Person's Bed (1), with four limbs cuffed very tightly."

Mr. Shi Zhimin is 70 years old and started cultivating Falun Dafa in 1995. After that his severe heart disease was miraculously cured. When the persecution of Falun Dafa began in 1999, Mr.Shi went to appeal for justice for Falun Dafa, giving his own personal testimonials. He was arrested more than ten times by the police and government agents, had his home ransacked, and was put in detention and sentenced to forced labor. In December of 2004, he went back to his hometown of Mengzhou City, Henan Province to distribute truth-clarifying materials. There he was arrested by the local police and detained in the Mengzhou City Detention Center. Mr. Shi went on a hunger strike to protest this treatment and was then put in handcuffs round the clock. Once he was restrained on the Dead Man's Bed (1) for three entire days. He lost so much weight that he looked emaciated and was unable to move on his own. He often would faint, could not talk and developed an enormous boil near his tailbone.
Mr. Shi Zhimin said, "They found a large, hard lump inside my stomach, and both my feet were badly swollen. They thought I could not live longer than a week, so they removed the force-feeding tube."
The Mengzhou City in Henan Province is located south of Taihang Mountain, north of the Yellow River, and at the center of the triangle formed by Zhengzhou City, Loyang City, and Jiaozuo City.
Since 1999 when Jiang and his regime began persecuting Falun Gong, Mengzhou City, a small, rural city that once promised "For the People, Build a Sunny Government," has actively pursued the persecution of Falun Dafa. Before the Chinese New Year of 2000 (February 5, 2000), Mengzhou City government officials drove three bound Falun Dafa practitioners around the city in an open truck to humiliate them and intimidate other practitioners. The City CCP Political and Judiciary Committee Secretary Li Jianzhong (male) led an action group called "Criticizing Falun Gong," which called for large meetings to be held in every township. The goal was to get all Falun Dafa practitioners to write three statements, disassociating themselves from Falun Gong. Those practitioners who refused would be arrested. At the time Falun Dafa practitioner Ms. Geng Juying was 32 years old and lived in Chengbo Township, Mengzhou City. In October 1999, she was pregnant. The police detained her in the Mengzhou City Detention Center. The prison guards forced her to have an abortion and then sentenced her to three years at forced labor, which she served in the Henan Province Women's Labor Camp in Shibalihe, Zhengzhou City. There are still dozens of Falun Dafa practitioners locked in labor camps or prisons in Henan Province.
Currently, Mr. Shi Zhimin is recovering with determination. He said that, as a seventy-year-old man, he has been arrested, detained, sent to forced labor camps and to prison for having faith in Truthfulness, Compassion and Forbearance and for wanting to be a good person. He plans to file lawsuits in the International Courts and with World Human Rights Organizations for the inhuman treatment he has suffered and for the violation of his human rights at the hands of Chinese government agents. Mr. Shi calls on all kind-hearted people of the world to stop the persecution of Falun Gong and to return justice to Falun Dafa and practitioners.
(1) The four limbs of the practitioner are stretched out and tied to the four corners of a cold metal bed frame. The practitioner cannot move at all. He is not allowed to get up to eat, drink, or use the bathroom. This treatment would last from several hours to more than a dozen days. As one can imagine, his type of cruel torture causes severe damage to the practitioner's mind and body. 史志敏：他们把我绑在死人床上灌食，两手两脚四个手铐，铐得很紧。

今年70岁的史志敏1995年开始修炼法轮功，使原本严重的心脏病，不治而愈了。1999年镇压之后，他以亲身经历多次为法轮功上访，却十几次被绑架抄家，非法关押、劳教。2004年12月，史志敏回到老家河南孟州传送有关法轮功的真象资料，被当地警察绑架，关押在孟州市看守所。老人绝食抗议，却一直被铐，曾被绑在死人床三天不能动弹，直至瘦得皮包骨，不能走动。他经常昏迷，几乎不能说话，尾椎上还生了一个大脓疮。
史志敏：他们发现我肚子里有一个大硬块，而且非常硬。两脚肿的很大，他们认为活不了几天，把（给我灌食的）管子拔了下来。
河南省孟州市，北依太行，南临黄河，处于郑州、洛阳、焦作的三角中心地带，是唐宋八大家韩愈的故乡，也是《水浒传》中打虎英雄武松发配的地方。
据法轮大法明慧网公布的消息，1999年江泽民政府镇压法轮功以来，这个对外宣称要建立“以民为本，打造阳光政府”的小县级市，紧跟中央政策。2000年春节前夕，孟州市政府把曾到北京上访的3名法轮功学员，五花大绑装在卡车上游街。市政法委副书记李建中，率领“揭批法轮功小组”成员，在每个乡都举行大型的揭批大会，会上要求所有法轮功学员都必须写揭批材料，并举手宣誓“同法轮功一刀两断”，否则就被强行刑事拘留。孟州市城伯乡32岁的耿菊英99年10月被关进孟州看守所的时候已经怀孕，警察强行给她堕胎，并将她送到郑州十八里河河南女子劳教所劳教三年。至今仍有几十名孟州的法轮功学员被关押在河南各地的劳教所和监狱。
目前，出狱后的史志敏以顽强的毅力恢复着体力，他表示，作为一个70岁的老人，仅仅因为信仰真、善、忍，做一个道德更高尚的好人，就被多次绑架、关押、劳教、判刑。对这些惨无人道的迫害人权行为，他要向国际人权组织、国际法庭控告他们。并向全世界善良的人们呼吁：立刻停止迫害法轮功！还法轮大法及法轮功学员一个公道！

据法轮大法明慧网公布的消息，1999年江泽民政府镇压法轮功以来，这个对外宣称要建立“以民为本，打造阳光政府”的小县级市，紧跟中央政策。2000年春节前夕，孟州市政府把曾到北京上访的3名法轮功学员，五花大绑装在卡车上游街。市政法委副书记李建中，率领“揭批法轮功小组”成员，在每个乡都举行大型的揭批大会，会上要求所有法轮功学员都必须写揭批材料，并举手宣誓“同法轮功一刀两断”，否则就被强行刑事拘留。孟州市城伯乡32岁的耿菊英99年10月被关进孟州看守所的时候已经怀孕，警察强行给她堕胎，并将她送到郑州十八里河河南女子劳教所劳教三年。至今仍有几十名孟州的法轮功学员被关押在河南各地的劳教所和监狱。
目前，出狱后的史志敏以顽强的毅力恢复着体力，他表示，作为一个70岁的老人，仅仅因为信仰真、善、忍，做一个道德更高尚的好人，就被多次绑架、关押、劳教、判刑。对这些惨无人道的迫害人权行为，他要向国际人权组织、国际法庭控告他们。并向全世界善良的人们呼吁：立刻停止迫害法轮功！还法轮大法及法轮功学员一个公道！

I was born in a wealthy family. My parents and elders had high hopes for me, they chose the best school for me, hoping that with their arrangements, my future will be bright.
But, as I grew older, I was influenced by all kind of bad temptations in school. And since I was rich, and had everything, gradually, I became a problem kid in school. My expression was always cold and my gang members called me 'little gangster'.
If I wished to bully someone, I would give a cool expression, and my gang sisters would do it immediately.
My mother suffered from heart disease and high blood pressure because of my fighting and assault, as well as my smoking, drinking, vulgarity habits.
My father wanted to send me to the juvenile reform center a few times, but always drove halfway, and turned back home because he was afraid of losing his reputation. At that time, I was cold and numb, and never tried to understand how my parents felt.
I developed a huge gap with my parents, we ended up quarrelling and cursing everytime we spent that little time together. Peaceful, harmony and perfect family were never the words used to describe us.
When I was in High school, 'Ah!' ....
My father beat me till my body turned bruises when he saw I dyed my black long hair into white colour. My mother didn't even comfort me. I hate them so much. That day, I left home. I wandered around all day, and didn't go to school. I left my parents completely.
I fell for a marriage man, and their families smashed my parents' medical devices shops twice since they knew about our relationship. Nearly in tears, my mother said, 'What did we do in our past lives to deserve this? I raised you up with the best, but you gave us pain and unhappiness.'
Until...I met her...
'Big sister, can you help me slot the leaflets inside, I can't reach,' the little girl said.
'Big sister, thank you! You are so nice."
For no reason, I felt like crying after hearing that.
'Big sister, please wait a while. I am giving you this Shen Yun Show VCD, this is very nice.'
The little girl was so sincere, and I accepted the gift with a light smile on my face for the first time.
At my friend's house, I finished watching Shen Yun Show VCD with tears. I didn't know why tears kept rolling down, and my loneliness, my pain, my wandering life seemed to be washed away after watching Shen Yun Show.
My loneliness, my numbness and cold heart seemed to be dissolving by this Shen Yun Show. Tears kept rolling down, and for the first time in my life, I had the real feeling as a human. I was no longer so numb, and felt I was alive again. I wished to go home, and I wished to end my roaming life.
Next morning, I went back to where the little girl had slotted the leaflets. Carefully, I finished reading the
leaflets, and felt a bliss and happiness in my heart. I felt like crying. At that time, I cried a lot, but I couldn't tell anyone my pain inside. I started reflecting on my life, but still, I had no courage to go home.
'Big sister!'
Maybe because of the guilt, again, I met that little girl who had brought miracle into my life.
'Can you give Minghui Weekly to me everytime, and what is Falun Gong?' I asked.
'Falun Dafa is a cultivation practice which teaches people to be good and has miracle health benefits. Master told us to be Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance, to be a good person that benefits the society. Now, Falun Dafa is embraced in nearly 114 countries, and received many awards. But such a good practise is being slandered by China Communist Government. Saying it is supertitious and doesn't allow people to practice. With all the lies, a lot of people misunderstand Falun Gong. All practitioners hope everyone will understand the truth and the goodness of Falun Dafa.'
'Oh.. How can you speak so well? I am convinced by your speech,' I said
The little girl laughed happily, and I smiled too curiously. In front of this little girl, all my pretense seemed unnecessarily. In front of this innocent girl, I revealed the real me. I could smile, express myself in front of this litte girl. With her, I found the real me.
'Big sister, try learning Falun Dafa.'
'Would Falun Gong accept a white-haired me, and you don't know how bad I was last time...' I replied.
The little girl taught me Falun Dafa exercises and read Zhuan Falun together with me, everytime she finished school. That time was the most precious moment in my life. I had never felt such happiness in my life. Especially, I felt so touched and grateful, whenever I wished to call out 'Master' in my heart.
My smoking and drinking bad habits were completely gone at that time, I dyed my hair back to black, and had a femine haircut. I broke ties with my gang friends, and my memories about my past became faint, and had completely changed into another person. But still, I didn't have to courage to go home. I didn't know how to face my parents.
'Mom, please forgive me and the pain I have brought you. I have started cultivating Falun Dafa. Master wants us to be a good person. I won't smoke, drink and fight. And I won't make you sad again. Please believe me.'
Once again, I kneeled down.
'Dad, you took a painstaking effort to take care of me. Last time, I was ignorant, and always made you and mom sad. Now I have started cultivating, Master told us to be - Truthfulness, Compassion and Tolerance. I will be a good person that benefits the society slowly. I will never make you sad again.'
We hugged and cried. The huge family's unhappiness was dissolved after I started cultivating Falun Dafa.
Looking at my parents while they were asleep. I was thinking what I had done for them these few years. I didn't wish to remember those painful memories.
In Falun Dafa cultivation, I had seen a new me. Quietly, I stood by my parents' bedsides, and for the first time in my life, I did something proud as a daughter. I covered the blanket for my parents.
The next morning, I cooked a sweet fragrance porridge for my parents, and made a small dish. My parents were shocked and happy. They cried again. Because of my return, my parents' expressions and looks had changed. Falun Dafa changes me, and my family.
The once peaceful, perfect and harmonious family returned after I practised Falun Dafa.

【明慧网二零零九年十月九日】我出生在物质生活条件很优越的家庭里。父母长辈对我的无限期望和谆谆教诲，为我选择最好的学校，希望我的未来在他们的安排下，能够有所为，但事实并非像他们想的那样。
随着年龄的增长，随着学校各种不良的诱惑，也随着自己在金钱上有足够的拥有，我渐渐的成了学校的问题学生。原本很傲慢的心态，在学校，社会上各种青少年帮派的吹捧中，使我变的更是不可一世。我的表情冷冷的，酷酷的，帮派里称我为小太妹。如果我想整谁，不用多说，丢一个很冷酷的眼神，小姐妹们立刻就去办了。
母亲因为我打架斗殴的恶性行为，抽烟喝酒讲粗话的不良习惯，气的得了心脏病，高血压。父亲多次想把我送到少年管教所，但因为碍于颜面，总是驱车半路又折回家。那时，我是麻木冰冷的，没有丝毫要体谅一下父母的苦心的想法。和父母之间巨大的不可逾越的鸿沟，即使偶尔坐在一起，一定是痛苦的开始，也一定是在怒骂叫嚷中，痛苦的结束。人们说的家庭美好、安宁、和睦，这些词儿在那时与我们是彻底绝缘的。
上高一时，我来了兴致，把自己一头乌黑秀丽的长发，染成了蛋白色，并自己动手把头发剪的凌乱不堪。回到家后，父亲看到我的样子，挥手就打了过来，狠狠的打，把我全身上下打的青紫，也根本就得不到母亲的安慰。我非常的恨他们，离开了家。整天在社会上游荡，晃悠，学也不上了，彻底的离开了他们。在我喜欢上了一个有妇之夫时，他的家人把父母开的医疗器械店砸烂了两次。父母传过话来说，要走就走的远点，别在我们眼前晃悠碍事。我很赌气偏不走，故意出现在他们面前，惹他们生气。父母拿我没办法，几乎哭着说：我们前世做了什么对不起你的事？供你养你都给你最好的，你却给我们带来了这么的痛苦和不幸。
当然，上述的这些都是我没有得法之前的生活。后来在五个月前，很偶然的一次，在楼道里，看到一个小姑娘在往邮筒里放彩色的单张。小女孩太矮小，够不到上层的邮箱，看到我下来，请求我帮忙。反正当时我闲着没事，就顺手把单张放進了邮箱里，索性，就把上层的全都放了。小单元邮箱也不很多，一会儿就放完了。长期的孤独寂寞沉闷，使我习惯了对外界不闻不问。放完了，我就推门出去了。小女孩在后面追着，纯纯的很清亮的声音：“大姐姐，谢谢你。你真好。”不知道为什么自己的鼻子陡然的一阵发酸。“大姐姐，你等一等。我这里有超级好看的神韵晚会光盘，想送给你。”小女孩很恳切的态度，使我第一次露出淡淡的笑，接纳了。
在朋友的住处，不知道为什么我会流着泪看完了神韵晚会。也不知道为什么泪水会突然的那么多，内心的悲苦，内心的孤独寂寞，游荡的生活，好象被这神韵晚会一一都给化解了。内心的沉寂、麻木、冰封，好象都被神韵晚会给彻底的消溶了。眼泪不停的涌出眼眶，我第一次有了人真实的感觉，不再那么的麻木，有了自己活生生的生命：我好想回家，好想结束这漂流不定的生活。
第二天早上，我回到小女孩放单张的地方，抽出了一份，上面写着《明慧周报》。我仔细的看完了所有的文章，感觉心里真是清凉，一种莫名的喜悦，冲击着自己，好想哭。那段时间，眼泪好象特别的多，内心里的悲苦，无以道诉。我开始思考。那时，我不敢回家。
也许是因为我内心的忏悔吧。我再次遇到了那个给我带来生命奇迹的女孩。恳请她，把每次的《明慧周报》送给我，也希望她能给我介绍一下法轮功究竟是什么。小女孩明亮有神采的眼睛，有些惊讶的看着我这个白发苍苍的大姐姐，很热心的解答了我的问题。而我惊讶的是，小女孩小小的年纪，却拥有如此敏捷的思维，对答如流毫不紧张的神气。解答结束后，我有些愣愣怔怔的问：你怎么会有这么好的口才呀，把我说的心服口服。小女孩开心的咯咯笑起来，我也好奇的跟着笑起来。也真奇怪，在这个小女孩面前，我的一切伪装都是多余的。即使丝毫的造作，也都会在小女孩纯真的感染下，流露出真实的一面。在小女孩面前，我会笑，会表达，面对她时，我能看到真正的自己。
“大姐姐，你学大法吧。”小女孩看着我很认真的说。“法轮功看到我满头白发，也会要吗？何况你又不知道我以前……”我没有接着往下说。小女孩很聪慧，看到我有些难过的表情，拉起我的手，把我带到她的家，在她每天下课后，和我一起读《转法轮》。每天一、两讲，不到两个礼拜我们就读完了，功法动作也全部学会了。那段时间对我真是太宝贵了。我长这么大，从来都没有感受过的喜悦，尤其，当我在内心深处呼唤“师父”时，那难以言表的感激和深深的触动。
抽烟喝酒的陋习，在读《转法轮》那段时间我便再也没有想起过，五个多月过去了，那些陋习好象是很久很久以前的事情了，记忆中对以往的生活很淡薄，好象是两个不同的人，曾经有过的不同的经历。我的头发染回了黑色，做了一个大家闺秀的发型，和帮派的朋友们都一一断交了。但是我还是不敢回去，不知道该以什么样的理由，也不知道该如何面对父母。
回到家，我按了门铃，母亲开了门，很苍凉的表情看着我。我扑通一下跪下来，说：“妈，请您原谅，原谅我给您带去的痛苦。我现在已经开始修炼大法了。师父教我做个好人，我不会再去抽烟、喝酒，打架了，也不会再让您伤心了。请您相信我。”母亲一下哭出声音来。我進到房间里，再次跪下来，请求父亲原谅：“爸，您为了我，付出了很多心血。以前女儿不懂事，总是让您和妈伤心难过。我现在开始修炼了，师父教我‘真善忍’，我慢慢的会做一个好人，做一个有用有益的人，不会再让您绝望伤心了。”就这样，一家三口拥抱着哭成一团。巨大的家庭不幸，因为我开始修炼大法，很妥善的解决改变了。
看着父母熟睡的脸庞，想想这几年我究竟为父母做了什么？不堪回首的往事，已不想再回忆。在大法的修炼中我看到崭新的自己。我轻轻的走到父母的床边，平生第一次做了最引以自豪的事，为父母盖好了被子。早上醒来的时候，为父母煮了清香甘甜的米粥，做了一盘小菜。父母惊讶的笑着，眼眶里又涌出了泪。因为我回来的缘故，昨天和今天的父母，神情气度都已经判若两人。大法改变了我，也改变了我们的家。
那曾经绝缘的安宁、美好、家庭和睦，在大法无边的法力下，像源源不断的泉，涌入我们的家，涌入我们的内心深处。谢谢师父，谢谢大法！法轮大法真好!

【明慧网二零零九年十月九日】我出生在物质生活条件很优越的家庭里。父母长辈对我的无限期望和谆谆教诲，为我选择最好的学校，希望我的未来在他们的安排下，能够有所为，但事实并非像他们想的那样。
随着年龄的增长，随着学校各种不良的诱惑，也随着自己在金钱上有足够的拥有，我渐渐的成了学校的问题学生。原本很傲慢的心态，在学校，社会上各种青少年帮派的吹捧中，使我变的更是不可一世。我的表情冷冷的，酷酷的，帮派里称我为小太妹。如果我想整谁，不用多说，丢一个很冷酷的眼神，小姐妹们立刻就去办了。
母亲因为我打架斗殴的恶性行为，抽烟喝酒讲粗话的不良习惯，气的得了心脏病，高血压。父亲多次想把我送到少年管教所，但因为碍于颜面，总是驱车半路又折回家。那时，我是麻木冰冷的，没有丝毫要体谅一下父母的苦心的想法。和父母之间巨大的不可逾越的鸿沟，即使偶尔坐在一起，一定是痛苦的开始，也一定是在怒骂叫嚷中，痛苦的结束。人们说的家庭美好、安宁、和睦，这些词儿在那时与我们是彻底绝缘的。
上高一时，我来了兴致，把自己一头乌黑秀丽的长发，染成了蛋白色，并自己动手把头发剪的凌乱不堪。回到家后，父亲看到我的样子，挥手就打了过来，狠狠的打，把我全身上下打的青紫，也根本就得不到母亲的安慰。我非常的恨他们，离开了家。整天在社会上游荡，晃悠，学也不上了，彻底的离开了他们。在我喜欢上了一个有妇之夫时，他的家人把父母开的医疗器械店砸烂了两次。父母传过话来说，要走就走的远点，别在我们眼前晃悠碍事。我很赌气偏不走，故意出现在他们面前，惹他们生气。父母拿我没办法，几乎哭着说：我们前世做了什么对不起你的事？供你养你都给你最好的，你却给我们带来了这么的痛苦和不幸。
当然，上述的这些都是我没有得法之前的生活。后来在五个月前，很偶然的一次，在楼道里，看到一个小姑娘在往邮筒里放彩色的单张。小女孩太矮小，够不到上层的邮箱，看到我下来，请求我帮忙。反正当时我闲着没事，就顺手把单张放進了邮箱里，索性，就把上层的全都放了。小单元邮箱也不很多，一会儿就放完了。长期的孤独寂寞沉闷，使我习惯了对外界不闻不问。放完了，我就推门出去了。小女孩在后面追着，纯纯的很清亮的声音：“大姐姐，谢谢你。你真好。”不知道为什么自己的鼻子陡然的一阵发酸。“大姐姐，你等一等。我这里有超级好看的神韵晚会光盘，想送给你。”小女孩很恳切的态度，使我第一次露出淡淡的笑，接纳了。
在朋友的住处，不知道为什么我会流着泪看完了神韵晚会。也不知道为什么泪水会突然的那么多，内心的悲苦，内心的孤独寂寞，游荡的生活，好象被这神韵晚会一一都给化解了。内心的沉寂、麻木、冰封，好象都被神韵晚会给彻底的消溶了。眼泪不停的涌出眼眶，我第一次有了人真实的感觉，不再那么的麻木，有了自己活生生的生命：我好想回家，好想结束这漂流不定的生活。
第二天早上，我回到小女孩放单张的地方，抽出了一份，上面写着《明慧周报》。我仔细的看完了所有的文章，感觉心里真是清凉，一种莫名的喜悦，冲击着自己，好想哭。那段时间，眼泪好象特别的多，内心里的悲苦，无以道诉。我开始思考。那时，我不敢回家。
也许是因为我内心的忏悔吧。我再次遇到了那个给我带来生命奇迹的女孩。恳请她，把每次的《明慧周报》送给我，也希望她能给我介绍一下法轮功究竟是什么。小女孩明亮有神采的眼睛，有些惊讶的看着我这个白发苍苍的大姐姐，很热心的解答了我的问题。而我惊讶的是，小女孩小小的年纪，却拥有如此敏捷的思维，对答如流毫不紧张的神气。解答结束后，我有些愣愣怔怔的问：你怎么会有这么好的口才呀，把我说的心服口服。小女孩开心的咯咯笑起来，我也好奇的跟着笑起来。也真奇怪，在这个小女孩面前，我的一切伪装都是多余的。即使丝毫的造作，也都会在小女孩纯真的感染下，流露出真实的一面。在小女孩面前，我会笑，会表达，面对她时，我能看到真正的自己。
“大姐姐，你学大法吧。”小女孩看着我很认真的说。“法轮功看到我满头白发，也会要吗？何况你又不知道我以前……”我没有接着往下说。小女孩很聪慧，看到我有些难过的表情，拉起我的手，把我带到她的家，在她每天下课后，和我一起读《转法轮》。每天一、两讲，不到两个礼拜我们就读完了，功法动作也全部学会了。那段时间对我真是太宝贵了。我长这么大，从来都没有感受过的喜悦，尤其，当我在内心深处呼唤“师父”时，那难以言表的感激和深深的触动。
抽烟喝酒的陋习，在读《转法轮》那段时间我便再也没有想起过，五个多月过去了，那些陋习好象是很久很久以前的事情了，记忆中对以往的生活很淡薄，好象是两个不同的人，曾经有过的不同的经历。我的头发染回了黑色，做了一个大家闺秀的发型，和帮派的朋友们都一一断交了。但是我还是不敢回去，不知道该以什么样的理由，也不知道该如何面对父母。
回到家，我按了门铃，母亲开了门，很苍凉的表情看着我。我扑通一下跪下来，说：“妈，请您原谅，原谅我给您带去的痛苦。我现在已经开始修炼大法了。师父教我做个好人，我不会再去抽烟、喝酒，打架了，也不会再让您伤心了。请您相信我。”母亲一下哭出声音来。我進到房间里，再次跪下来，请求父亲原谅：“爸，您为了我，付出了很多心血。以前女儿不懂事，总是让您和妈伤心难过。我现在开始修炼了，师父教我‘真善忍’，我慢慢的会做一个好人，做一个有用有益的人，不会再让您绝望伤心了。”就这样，一家三口拥抱着哭成一团。巨大的家庭不幸，因为我开始修炼大法，很妥善的解决改变了。

【明慧网二零一零年十二月二十日】（明慧记者唐恩报道）班加罗尔（Bangalore）是印度第三大城市，人口约六百五十万。一九四七年印度独立以后，位居中南部交通枢纽的班加罗尔逐渐发展成为印度重工业（包括太空研究）的中心。近十年来，班加罗尔受到各国高科技公司的青睐与支持，成为印度信息科技的中心，仅仅班加罗尔的电脑工程师就占了全印度的三成，因此班加罗尔被称为“印度的矽谷”，上万家的企业兴旺蓬勃，也使班加罗尔成为亚洲成长最快的城市之一。
逾八十所学校师生 体育课炼法轮功
班加罗尔有超过八十所学校的师生炼法轮功，有些学校超过三千名学生，他们在体育课上集体炼法轮功。离班加罗尔不远的CHINTAMANI镇，JYOTHI SCHOOL的校长VERKEY之前是天主教的牧师兼校长，在亲自体验法轮功强身健体的神奇疗效之后， 他将心得转知学校老师学生。
该校师生炼功后，发觉身体比以前更健康，学校特别安排出二间教室供学生读书学法，为全印度学校创下先例。校长VERKEY为了让学员能有独立场所学法交流和炼功，将毕生财力独资购买数亩大的土地（距离学校不远处），盖成学法炼功场所。对于医疗资源普遍缺乏的印度社会，完全免费的法轮功对他们无疑是天赐的礼物。
校长：法轮功有益师生身心灵提升
二零零七年十一月二十八日至三十日，印度全国学校协会欢庆成立五十周年。来自印度全国表现绩优的私立学校校长，聚集到此参加庆祝大会，有两位校长发表了关于在学校推广法轮功的心得。其中VERKEY校长向来自全国的校长们介绍法轮功在学校萌芽及全校师生修炼法轮功后的良好成果，引起热烈回响。
VERKEY说他原本身体状况不好，修炼法轮功后，身心灵改变非常大，感到不可思议，于是将这好功法推广至全校师生。很多难以管教的学生，自从炼法轮功后，非但坏孩子变好，功课更普遍大幅进步，效果非常显著。这种潜移默化的功法，全世界唯一，他乐于推荐给所有的校长与师生。
六十所学校有意学炼法轮功
大会安排法轮功学员演示五套功法，当优美的旋律响起，搭配优雅柔和动作，获得在场人士的热烈掌声。演示完毕，校长Verkey及参加功法演示者获得主办单位的献花。会毕有超过二十所学校校长，邀请学员到他们学校教炼法轮功。其后更有超过六十所学校表示有意愿参加学炼功法，其中包括大学。有的学校有三千多名学生，预估将来会更多师生受益。
《论语》列入教材 印度首创
班加罗尔另一所Byreshawara学校的校长Mr. Sri Ram Reddy表示，该校的英文教材中加入了《转法轮》的《论语》英文版，而且还放在最前面。《论语》列入教材，这是印度首创。该校的学生人数总共二千多人，很多老师每天都学法、炼功，很积极地弘扬法轮功。
这所学校的老师AKHILA所住的地方公园，在清晨每天有六十人集体炼功，这是AKHILA多年来弘扬法轮大法的成果。宗教复杂的印度社会，要让人放弃原先固有信仰着实不易，但纯朴的印度人们有此福份得以接受法轮大法的润泽。

Falun Gong Practitioners are Innocent 炼法轮功无罪, 「610」非法 (W/ English Sub)

【新唐人2010年12月21日讯】今年10月18日，张传利和兰志学两位律师在黑龙江省佳木斯市郊区法院的庭审中，为坚持信仰而遭到逮捕的法轮功学员王丽新、李秀荣，進行了辩护。律师指出当事人没有罪，迫害法轮功的「610」是破坏法律实施的非法组织，并呼吁当局成立人权审核机制，以监督宪法的实施。
在辩护中张传利律师认为法轮功学员是好人，当局没有给定罪的理由。
张律师：「法轮功学员确实每个人都很好，这一点我到任何时候都敢说这样的话。他具体破坏了哪一部法律的实施，公诉人并没有说明。而实际上我的当事人也并没有破坏任何法律的实施，我们认为这宗案子确实当事人是无罪的，这是我们律师的看法。」
张律师还指出现在有部分地区，阻扰律师为法轮功学员提供法律援助。
张律师：「比如说吉林省明确告知不让北京的律师介入这类案子，他已经侵害了律师的职业权力，所有的当事人都应当获得律师的辩护权，这也是宪法规定的。所谓地方的政法委的一个名义发出的这个文件，与现行的法律是明显相违背的。」
兰志学律师谴责了当局公安对法轮功信仰的打压行为，认为当局迫害法轮功的机构，缺乏法律意识。
兰律师：「作为维稳机构，首先应该在宪法和法律的范围之内活动，不能凌驾宪法和法律之上，去做一些迫害信仰自由的行为，非常规的用暴力的方式去打压这些信仰者。公检法或者『610』它根本连一点法律意识都没有，更谈不上人权意识，它可以为所欲为。它有什么能力和资格来审理关于人权的问题和宗教信仰的问题。」
在谈到对专门迫害法轮功「610」组织看法时，兰律师说：「它肯定是一个破坏法律实施的一个机构，他们的作为都是不符合法律规范的。」
兰律师认为当局成立人权审核机制，监督宪法信仰自由条款的实施。
兰律师：「应该呼吁在中国建立人权的一种审查机制。审查那些利用手中的权利违宪的那些人，看看他们的行为是否构成违宪。」
10月18日，王丽新、李秀荣分别在法庭上讲述了自己受益于修炼法轮功，始终坚称自己无罪，在申诉的过程中多次被审判长打断。
律师当庭辩护：信仰自由，法轮功无罪，并要求释放她们。
法院不顾律师有理有据的辩护，分别对李秀荣、王丽新判刑三年和三年零六个月，她们当庭表示不服。

Deputy Mayor of Beijing Receives Lawsuit Document Twice Within One Day in Taiwan

(Clearwisdom.net) The Taiwan Legislative Committee passed a resolution on December 7, denying entry of severe human rights violators. Ji Lin, Deputy Mayor of Beijing, visited Taiwan on December 13. Although Ji has been active in the persecution of Falun Gong in China, the Immigration Bureau did not withdraw his entry permit. Before he arrived in Taiwan, Ji was sued in Taiwan for crimes of genocide in the persecution of Falun Gong. On December 15, Ji Lin received lawsuit documents from Falun Gong practitioners in both Taichung and Hsinchu. He was also notified of the facts about the lawsuit.
On the morning of December 15, the Science and Technology Forum across the Strait and Between Beijing and Taiwan was held in Taichung. Several hundred people attended the forum. During the conference, Ji Lin received the lawsuit document handed over by a Falun Gong practitioner. In the afternoon, Ji traveled went to Hsinchu. When his car stopped at a red light, a practitioners shouted "Ji Lin, you are being sued! Stop the persecution of Falun Gong!"

At 3:30 p.m., 20 people in Ji Lin's entourage and others were ready to depart Hsinchu. A Falun Gong practitioner handed lawsuit documents to him and told him, "This is a complaint against you. You are being sued! Stop persecuting Falun Gong."
A practitioner stated, "Ji Lin actively participates in the persecution of Falun Gong. In many countries, people want to sue him for his crime of genocide. He is a human rights violator. We must call on the government to not welcome high level CCP officials who persecute Falun Gong."
Chang Yao, a member of the Taichung City Council, condemned the Administrative Department for allowing the entry of Ji Lin to Taiwan. He said, "The efficiency of the Administrative Department is low, but it cannot be an excuse for not carrying out the resolution disallowing CCP officials with a history of serious human rights violations to enter Taiwan. I hope that the Judicial Department can take quick action concerning the charges that Falun Gong practitioners have filed."

In a light rain, prior to Ji Lin's arrival at the Fuhua Hotel in Taichung on the evening of December 14, dozens of Falun Gong practitioners held banners worded "Ji Lin, you are being sued for your crimes in the persecution of Falun Gong!" At 11 p.m., almost all of the mainland delegates entered the hotel through the front door. To avoid seeing practitioners, Ji Lin entered the hotel quietly through the side door.

《维基解密》曝光的一份电文内容出自于2007年3月15号，主要记录了当时美国驻华大使雷德（Clark Randt），与现任的中共国务院副总理李克强之间的谈话。
其中两人谈到中国经济问题时，李克强面带笑意的说，「中国GDP是人为的，不可信」
他向雷德分析了几个要点，像是辽宁在2006年的经济成长率是12.8%，位居全国前十名，但辽宁的贫富差距相当大，当地的城镇居民领取最低收入补贴的比例，又是全国最高的省份之一，另外还有许多数据互相之间都存在矛盾。李克强说，他评估辽宁经济只看三个指标：电量、铁路货运量，以及银行放款。
另一份发自2009年7月23号的电文，更详细披露了中共高层的一些真实情况。
这份电文内容，据称是由一位与中共高层联系紧密的消息人士提供。文中开头就说明，中共高层决策的共识，主要是利益和权力做主导。中共政治局常委的决策正如企业，谁拥有的股份多，谁的决定权就更大。保护特权利益是中共政治局常委决策的主要动力。这些决策虽然阻碍改革，但能够确保他们的利益不受威胁。
消息人士还说，中共高层领导人瓜分了中国的经济蛋糕。比如，前总理李鹏家族控制整个电力行业的利益；负责公安的周永康及他的合伙人控制着石油行业；前中共高层陈云的家族控制着中国银行界；政协主席贾庆林是北京大宗地产开发的幕后受益人。
电文还透露了中共高层的序列是由个人的「太子」血统或「掌柜」经历决定，所以出身高干家族的太子党们，和那些被提拔上来的「掌柜」，他们之间存在永不停歇的竞争。
消息人士表示，中共领导层的一个核心特征，就是要在离任后还能保护自己和家人。因此，现任领导人都用心的提拔自己的人。一旦下台，这些人就能来保护他们的利益。
中共的「利益网」影响着整体的决策，文件显示，很多地方官是花钱买来了的官职，所以，他们希望立刻取得回报。因此，在经济发展的政策上，他们总是支持快速增长的方案，反对损害他们自身利益的改革。同时，他们也强烈反对新闻自由和媒体监督。
中共官方一直拒绝评论《维基解密》的内容，中共外交部发言人只在12月2号用「荒谬」形容解密中的内容。有中国人权活动人士打算明年6月1号建立一个中国版的《维基解密》网站。但《维基解密》的创办人阿桑奇认为，这太危险。他希望中国人权活动人士能和《维基解密》网站直接合作。

新加坡政府不要追随中共，迫害法轮功 ^o^
华府法轮功新加坡驻美使馆前抗议
【新唐人2010年12月18日讯】12月17日，美国大华府地区法轮功学员在新加坡驻美大使馆前集会，抗议新加坡政府受中共胁迫迫害法轮功。他们当场宣读并递交了给新加坡驻美大使馆的公开信。
12月17日中午，美国大华府地区的部分法轮功学员，聚集在新加坡驻美大使馆外，抗议新加坡政府受中共胁迫，迫害法轮功，并呼吁联合国机构监督制止新加坡侵犯人权。他们当场宣读了一封给新加坡驻美大使馆的公开信。
法轮功学员陶丽莎：“新加坡政府用所谓的破坏公物的罪名，强加在法轮功学员头上，然后动用司法程序，起诉法轮功学员，甚至于要强行遣返法轮功学员。”
法轮功学员表示，新加坡当局曾多次运用卑劣手段，把中国籍法轮功学员的工作准证、居留签证在没有任何理由的情况下撤销，致使这些人面临被遣返和遭受更残酷迫害的危险。
他们呼吁新加坡政府不要追随中共，迫害法轮功。
法轮功学员葛敏：“我们呼吁新加坡政府停止对法轮功学员的迫害，使法轮功学员在新加坡，有基本的人权自由，宗教信仰的自由。”
三位法轮功学员代表还向新加坡驻美大使馆递交了公开信。

Korean Film Star Jang Dong Gun Sees Himself as Still Developing

In an exclusive interview with The Epoch Times, lead actor of ‘The Warrior’s Way’ opens up about his concerns on becoming a father

Korean superstar Jang Dong-gun stars in the new Hollywood film The Warrior’s Way, which is a cross-cultural fantasy that mixes action and romance with stunning visual effects. Barrie Osborne is the producer (The Lord of the Rings and Matrix), and Sngmoo Lee is the Korean director.
Academy Award winner Geoffrey Rush (Pirates of the Caribbean), Danny Huston (Robin Hood), and Kate Bosworth (Superman Returns) also are cast in The Warrior’s Way.
Jang Dong-gun is one of the most popular actors in Korea and Asia. His film Friend and The Brotherhood of War broke box office records in South Korea.
Jang Dong-gun came to Los Angeles last month to promote his Hollywood debut. In an exclusive interview with The Epoch Times, Jang Dong-gun (through an interpreter) spoke about his most recent movie, the movie business, personal observations about life, and how his life changed by becoming a father.
The Epoch Times: On the poster, it says “Assassin, Hero, Legend.” It seems Yang is a role with a rich and complicated character. What’s your understanding of Yang? What was most challenging in presenting this character?
Jang Dong-gun: My character, Yang, has no humanity. He has no human emotions at the beginning of the film. As time passes, he slowly gains some. Then, he realizes that it’s much better to give than to receive.
I think one of the most challenging things in trying to do this role is how you portray someone who is a warrior, who is a lethal weapon when living a very ordinary daily life. So I’m not trying to show a stereotypical warrior image through this character. I am trying to show this kind of warrior in daily life. That’s the most difficult part.
The Epoch Times: What’s the most impressive scene for you in this movie?
Jang Dong-gun: In the film, my character is someone who kills everybody, I mean everybody, but he cannot kill this kid. And because of that, he has a hard time all the way to the end of film.
Originally, I was thinking this guy pretty much kills everybody, how come he cannot kill this baby? Now that I am a father, I will be able to do this scene much better because I know how he feels.
The Epoch Times: Hollywood has a long-standing history of making great movies in the world. You worked with the top Korean and Chinese filmmakers, and the top Hollywood filmmaker and actors. What do you think the Asian filmmakers and actors can learn from Hollywood?
Jang Dong-gun: Hollywood is the place you can make your imagination and creativity come true. They have the technology to do that and the capital to do that. And the reason for that is because they have such a wide audience.
In the case of Asian filmmakers or Korean filmmakers, I think in terms of ideas, they have just as good ideas or even better ideas than Hollywood. The big difference is that they don’t quite have the technology and capital to put those ideas into the reality of film yet. So we could learn from Hollywood technology.
The Epoch Times: When you were shooting your photo album in London in a castle several years ago, you mentioned about your past life. … How do you feel about the influence of past-life experiences on your life? Now that you played a role as a Western legend, do you feel anything from your past related to this?
Jang Dong-gun: When I was shooting in London the story you are talking about, someone who was doing the interview said he could see my past lives, and commented about it. I think if I really had been a Western gunman, that would be very closely linked to this film now.
I’m a Buddhist. I do think a lot about my past lives and also my next life because of reincarnation. Maybe that’s why I didn’t feel so strange doing this film. I can’t remember any of my past lifetimes. What I am doing is, I’m thinking about my next lifetime, [and] so I’m trying to do good things in this lifetime.
The Epoch Times: How do you feel about being a new dad?
Jang Dong-gun: It hasn’t really sunk in yet. And since my baby was born, I have had to go out-of-town to work on a new film, so I haven’t really seen him all that much yet. So I feel really bad toward my wife and my kid.
So because now I am a dad, every time when I hear a story or a new story, or I read an article that has something to do with my kid, I pay a lot of attention to it. And because he is getting all this unwanted attention that he didn’t ask for, I feel very responsible that I need to protect him.
The Epoch Times: Are you concerned that your son may not be able to live a normal life since you and your wife are under the spotlight all the time?
Jang Dong-gun: Yes, I am concerned. But I am trying to think positively. So, yes, I will protect him. I will take all attention that he is receiving and try to make it a positive thing, and move toward a positive direction for him. And … it is my responsibility as a parent to take care of him, and also lead him to the right way. So I will take care of him, and lead him to the right way, and try to take care of all the little details as well.
The Epoch Times: You just gave your son a beautiful name. What kind of person do you expect him to be?
Jang Dong-gun: I want my son to have a really big heart and be very manly. And I would like him to be very considerate of everyone so that a lot of people will follow him and listen to him. And I want him to be a cool guy who has a lot of followers. [Here the interpreter interrupted with, “Like you.” Mr. Jang laughed.], Yeah, like me.
The Epoch Times: What kind of father do you expect yourself to be?
Jang Dong-gun: Actually, I’m only a beginner of a father. And I am a very new father. And because the environment that myself and my wife provide is very unusual, I am a little concerned [about] the environment that he is going to grow up in.
What I am trying to do is to make the best of it, and help him to move in the positive direction. For me, I’m still not familiar with, not used to the fact that I have a family. I’m the head of the family, and I have the people that I have to protect. But I’m pretty confident I will do a good job in the end. I will keep on trying to be a good father.
The Epoch Times: The entertainment business is not a pure land. You also had experiences in which people took advantage of you and let you down. Your friend said you have an old soul with purity and innocence. How do you keep your serenity and purity when you run into those things?
Jang Dong-gun: I believe I had my share of hardship. But ultimately, those things haven’t really affected me in my career and in doing my job—because the most important thing is that I believe I am developing myself. So I try to think in a positive way. I try to say, “Well, they probably could not help with that, they probably have extenuated circumstances.”
In this business, sometimes you get blamed. They blame you not because of something you really did, and they are usually not accurate. … And I believe that as long as I know what the truth is, then I don’t worry too much about other people affecting me. I just believe what’s important is what I know and what I believe. And when I do that, then those outside forces and elements do not really bother me.
The Epoch Times: From your first TV drama in 1993 to your Hollywood debut, in 17 years, you’ve overcome prejudice and challenges, and achieved success in career and life. Can you share your experience and some advice for those who are still struggling?
Jang Dong-gun: I think that the way that people live their lives and [how] they cope, the size and intensity of their concerns and what they most worry about, no objective guideline or objective standard exists. It’s all very subjective. Even though everybody is in a different situation, subjectively speaking, what they worry about is equally strong or equally challenging to them.
And I learned from my experience that having a positive attitude is extremely important, whether you are born with that kind of attitude or whether you really work at it, and think positively. And I think that if you do think positively, and you are trusting yourself, then I think everyone can achieve success. And I know from experience that you can be positive through one’s work.
The Epoch Times: Four years ago, you came here to promote a Korean movie. Now four years later, you come here to promote a Hollywood movie. How do you feel about your life and career?
Jang Dong-gun: Like you said, I was here four years ago to promote the film Typhoon released in North America. This time, the circumstance is obviously very different. At the time, the film was released in a very small number of theaters. This time, the film release is made through a system that will enable a lot more people to see this film. But fundamentally, I don’t think things have changed that much.
In the past four years, a lot of things happened to me in my personal life. I am also in several films. I also enjoyed my time a little bit more as an actor. I also feel that I have matured as well. As a male actor, I am actually looking forward to aging. I am very excited about imagining what I could be doing and where, and what film I will be talking about with you in four years’ time.

The Epoch Times: When you were shooting your photo album in London in a castle several years ago, you mentioned about your past life. … How do you feel about the influence of past-life experiences on your life? Now that you played a role as a Western legend, do you feel anything from your past related to this?
Jang Dong-gun: When I was shooting in London the story you are talking about, someone who was doing the interview said he could see my past lives, and commented about it. I think if I really had been a Western gunman, that would be very closely linked to this film now.
I’m a Buddhist. I do think a lot about my past lives and also my next life because of reincarnation. Maybe that’s why I didn’t feel so strange doing this film. I can’t remember any of my past lifetimes. What I am doing is, I’m thinking about my next lifetime, [and] so I’m trying to do good things in this lifetime.
The Epoch Times: How do you feel about being a new dad?
Jang Dong-gun: It hasn’t really sunk in yet. And since my baby was born, I have had to go out-of-town to work on a new film, so I haven’t really seen him all that much yet. So I feel really bad toward my wife and my kid.
So because now I am a dad, every time when I hear a story or a new story, or I read an article that has something to do with my kid, I pay a lot of attention to it. And because he is getting all this unwanted attention that he didn’t ask for, I feel very responsible that I need to protect him.
The Epoch Times: Are you concerned that your son may not be able to live a normal life since you and your wife are under the spotlight all the time?
Jang Dong-gun: Yes, I am concerned. But I am trying to think positively. So, yes, I will protect him. I will take all attention that he is receiving and try to make it a positive thing, and move toward a positive direction for him. And … it is my responsibility as a parent to take care of him, and also lead him to the right way. So I will take care of him, and lead him to the right way, and try to take care of all the little details as well.
The Epoch Times: You just gave your son a beautiful name. What kind of person do you expect him to be?
Jang Dong-gun: I want my son to have a really big heart and be very manly. And I would like him to be very considerate of everyone so that a lot of people will follow him and listen to him. And I want him to be a cool guy who has a lot of followers. [Here the interpreter interrupted with, “Like you.” Mr. Jang laughed.], Yeah, like me.
The Epoch Times: What kind of father do you expect yourself to be?
Jang Dong-gun: Actually, I’m only a beginner of a father. And I am a very new father. And because the environment that myself and my wife provide is very unusual, I am a little concerned [about] the environment that he is going to grow up in.
What I am trying to do is to make the best of it, and help him to move in the positive direction. For me, I’m still not familiar with, not used to the fact that I have a family. I’m the head of the family, and I have the people that I have to protect. But I’m pretty confident I will do a good job in the end. I will keep on trying to be a good father.
The Epoch Times: The entertainment business is not a pure land. You also had experiences in which people took advantage of you and let you down. Your friend said you have an old soul with purity and innocence. How do you keep your serenity and purity when you run into those things?
Jang Dong-gun: I believe I had my share of hardship. But ultimately, those things haven’t really affected me in my career and in doing my job—because the most important thing is that I believe I am developing myself. So I try to think in a positive way. I try to say, “Well, they probably could not help with that, they probably have extenuated circumstances.”
In this business, sometimes you get blamed. They blame you not because of something you really did, and they are usually not accurate. … And I believe that as long as I know what the truth is, then I don’t worry too much about other people affecting me. I just believe what’s important is what I know and what I believe. And when I do that, then those outside forces and elements do not really bother me.
The Epoch Times: From your first TV drama in 1993 to your Hollywood debut, in 17 years, you’ve overcome prejudice and challenges, and achieved success in career and life. Can you share your experience and some advice for those who are still struggling?
Jang Dong-gun: I think that the way that people live their lives and [how] they cope, the size and intensity of their concerns and what they most worry about, no objective guideline or objective standard exists. It’s all very subjective. Even though everybody is in a different situation, subjectively speaking, what they worry about is equally strong or equally challenging to them.
And I learned from my experience that having a positive attitude is extremely important, whether you are born with that kind of attitude or whether you really work at it, and think positively. And I think that if you do think positively, and you are trusting yourself, then I think everyone can achieve success. And I know from experience that you can be positive through one’s work.
The Epoch Times: Four years ago, you came here to promote a Korean movie. Now four years later, you come here to promote a Hollywood movie. How do you feel about your life and career?
Jang Dong-gun: Like you said, I was here four years ago to promote the film Typhoon released in North America. This time, the circumstance is obviously very different. At the time, the film was released in a very small number of theaters. This time, the film release is made through a system that will enable a lot more people to see this film. But fundamentally, I don’t think things have changed that much.
In the past four years, a lot of things happened to me in my personal life. I am also in several films. I also enjoyed my time a little bit more as an actor. I also feel that I have matured as well. As a male actor, I am actually looking forward to aging. I am very excited about imagining what I could be doing and where, and what film I will be talking about with you in four years’ time.

更引人注目的是庭审过程揭示，APEC峰会前警方的抓捕行动早有预谋，警方的抓捕命令已经提前两天发出，根本不是警方所称是根据“公众的投诉” 来办案。
警方的 “第一报案报告”的时间是2009年10月5日上午8点19分，而至少四名当日抓捕学员的警察向法庭表示，他们于当日早上7点就接到命令到鱼尾狮（也称滨海公园）滨海桥下待命，准备抓捕法轮功学员。
在法轮功辩护律师的追问下，警察Tan Bee Song在法庭上承认他在前一天（4日），就被命令次日早上7点到滨海桥下待命，准备抓捕行动。
警方的证人摄影师Shariff Abdullah也承认，早在抓捕行动的两天前（3日），他就接到中央警署署长Tan Kiat Hee的命令，让他5日早上7点就去滨海大桥下拍摄录像。
而当辩方律师问及“8点20分你才看到被告贴展板，才开始调查此案，为什么录像在7点5分就开始了”时，负责本案件的警方调查官Francis Lim却声称自己不知道有录像的事，直到中央警署署长Tan Kiat Hee告诉他有录像，才得知在他到达之前警方就有人等在那里拍录像了。

张先生被盘问时也表示，鱼尾狮墙上的漆都是完好无损的，每天都有其他团体都在鱼尾狮张贴横幅之类的东西，“如果别人贴东西而没有被起诉，而我们却被起诉，那就表示你们在针对法轮功学员。”
法轮功学员高女士在法庭上指出，“破坏公物”这个罪名是新加坡当局恶意的诬陷。这5名法轮功学员均表示，他们每天早上将展板运送到鱼尾狮滨海桥下，然后用篮丁胶（Blu-Tack）粘在墙上，傍晚时取下，临走前学员还会将留在墙上的篮丁胶清理干净，不留下任何痕迹，更没有对墙壁造成损坏。

“他们把我的包翻了个底朝上。然后他们叫我跟他们走，不走就逮扑我。我被他们带到乌节路MRT里面的一个小屋里关了大约40多分钟，后来他们给了我一个警告（move on order）和一张地图，让我在2009年11月15日晚上6点之前不可以去乌节路和新达城。然后一个警察亲自送我上了地铁。我下了地铁后在多美歌又遇到几个警察，我又被他们截住，他们问了我同样的问题，问我为什么穿大法衣服，还问我要去哪。我说要去文庆，我被扣留了大概30分钟。然后他们亲自送我到去文庆的地铁上，他们就像对待恐怖分子一样的对待我，好像担心我会跑了一样。那我就想问，为什么我只是穿了一件印有‘法轮大法好’的T恤衫，就像对待恐怖分子一样的对待我，我敢肯定他们是冲着法轮大法来的。”
自1999年中共开始迫害法轮功以来，新加坡法轮功学员被以各种莫须有罪名遭诬陷控告和抓捕的事件，已经屡次发生。过去发生的所有对法轮功的抓捕案和诬告案，都发生在中共领导人访问新加坡的前后。分析人士指政治因素是这类事件背后的根本原因。
学员谈摆放展板的目的
在5天的法庭审理过程中，这5名遭诬告起诉的法轮功学员都表示，他们都在法轮功中受益无穷，深知大法的美好，面对中共11年来对法轮功的污蔑造谣与残酷迫害，他们无法坐视不理，所以去去鱼尾狮摆放展板，目的是让更多的人了解真相，共同制止迫害。
法轮功学员陈先生举出自己的朋友许大为惨遭中共迫害的事例。许大为因为2001年在揭露中共电视台播放的天安门自焚骗局而被抓捕入狱8年。他的妻子在他被抓捕时正怀有身孕。8年间，许大为被中共当局换了4个不同监狱，遭受了各种酷刑折磨。当初被抓的时候，许大为是一个28岁的英俊小伙子，而当他被释放出来的时候，却是满头白发，骨瘦如柴。许大为8岁的孩子在这8年时间里面从来没有看过爸爸一眼，等看到被释放的爸爸却是一个被打了毒针，被折磨的神志不清的人。许大为在被释放以后不久就离开了人世，和自己的孩子只在一起相处了13天。（详情见明慧网文章：善良青年惨遭四个监狱八年迫害致死（图））
“我不希望看到这样的悲剧在全中国上演，出于良心我想揭露中共的迫害，当我来到新加坡时，我就想揭露中共的迫害，让全世界的人都知道。这就是我去滨海桥下的原因。我们摆那些展板并没有恶意，我们只是想让人们知道中共的邪恶。我想问，我所做的这一切都是为了别人好，我怎么会成为罪犯？我们每个人都有良知，别为了利益出卖你的灵魂，那是用金钱买不来的。这就是我去鱼尾狮的真相。”陈先生含泪而说。
当律师盘问“你为什么要去鱼尾狮”时，从16岁就开始修炼法轮功的朱丽表示自己在中国就曾受到过中共非法的迫害。她说：“可是我的遭遇和中国大陆千千万万被迫害的法轮功学员相比，却是冰山一角，不足一提。至今仍有几十万的法轮功学员被关在中国的监狱里。他们之所以被迫害，只是因为他们信仰真，善，忍，想要做个好人。现在被证实迫害致死的法轮功学员已经超过3420人。有些女性的法轮功学员在监狱里遭受性虐待，被扒光衣服扔进男牢房，甚至被警察强奸。连一些未成年的孩子都要跟父母一起被抓去坐牢。我记得一个警察为了逼迫一个女性的法轮功学员放弃修炼，把她仅仅8个月大的孩子用手铐倒挂起来，最后把那个婴儿活活的吊死。”
“当2008年我来到新加坡的时候，我以为自己来到了自由社会，当时我感到自己是如此的幸运，因为至少我还活着，我还有机会说出自己被迫害的经历，可是有多少的法轮功学员，他们连说的机会都没有，就被残酷的迫害致死，甚至被活体摘除器官。就是因为这些原因，我去了鱼尾狮讲真相。法轮大法给了我新的生命，当大法被诬蔑。同修的生命危在旦夕的时候，我怎么可以呆在家里不站出来说句公道话呢？我怎么可以做一个忘恩负义的小人呢？”

当律师盘问“你为什么要去鱼尾狮”时，从16岁就开始修炼法轮功的朱丽表示自己在中国就曾受到过中共非法的迫害。她说：“可是我的遭遇和中国大陆千千万万被迫害的法轮功学员相比，却是冰山一角，不足一提。至今仍有几十万的法轮功学员被关在中国的监狱里。他们之所以被迫害，只是因为他们信仰真，善，忍，想要做个好人。现在被证实迫害致死的法轮功学员已经超过3420人。有些女性的法轮功学员在监狱里遭受性虐待，被扒光衣服扔进男牢房，甚至被警察强奸。连一些未成年的孩子都要跟父母一起被抓去坐牢。我记得一个警察为了逼迫一个女性的法轮功学员放弃修炼，把她仅仅8个月大的孩子用手铐倒挂起来，最后把那个婴儿活活的吊死。”
“当2008年我来到新加坡的时候，我以为自己来到了自由社会，当时我感到自己是如此的幸运，因为至少我还活着，我还有机会说出自己被迫害的经历，可是有多少的法轮功学员，他们连说的机会都没有，就被残酷的迫害致死，甚至被活体摘除器官。就是因为这些原因，我去了鱼尾狮讲真相。法轮大法给了我新的生命，当大法被诬蔑。同修的生命危在旦夕的时候，我怎么可以呆在家里不站出来说句公道话呢？我怎么可以做一个忘恩负义的小人呢？”
新闻背景
2009年10月5日，APEC（亚太经合组织）峰会前一个月 ，新加坡警察在鱼尾狮公园抓捕了4名法轮功学员，并将另一名学员从办公地点骗至警署拘捕。警方称他们使用蓝丁胶（Blu-Tack）将真相展板固定在墙壁上的行为，触犯了破坏公物法。
2010年5月，7名在鱼尾狮公园及街头炼功讲真相的新加坡学员被警方以“违反公共秩序法”、“破坏公物”和“唆使他人”等莫须有的罪名诬告控上法庭。
目前，7名遭诬告的学员当中，有5名中国藉学员的护照至今被警方扣留，其中3位学员的居留准证已过期。

Brief Synopsis - Jung-im closes down the shop early in preparation for her father-in-law's 60th birthday. Yet, his sons and daughters are nowhere to be found, and so as her husband Tae-ho. At this hour Tae-ho is with his co-worker Suh-young, whispering loves under the curtain. Nowadays, Tae-ho has no arousal around his wife, and sees no sparks in their conversations. Suh-young, on the other hand, is a light to his dull life. As secrets can never stay sealed forever, during his sleep Tae-ho unconsciously blurts out his love towards Suh-young. After such bitter incident, Jung-im is dragged to I-dol concerts by her friend Aeh-ran, and unexpectedly ends up in a fight. 《维基解密》到目前为止，公开了约30份美国驻华大使馆近几年来从北京发往华盛顿的密电，其中一份电文曝光了习近平2006年5月访美后与雷德(CLARK RANDT)大使的一段对话。当时，习近平任浙江省委书记。
习近平对雷德说：「他与他的代表团成员一直担心，法轮功学员可能在他们访美期间构成『威胁』，因此加派了一些保镳随从。不过，当时他们并没有遇到法轮功。」
习近平透露说，「他和其他中共官员不担心或烦恼外访期间的示威抗议，但是担心法轮功学员在美国本土发起的法律起诉行动，担忧如果接到法院传票后所造成的后果与负担。」
据纽约媒体爆料，习近平2006年5月访美，在出席侨界的欢迎晚宴时，也特别安排了4名保镳，不让试图与他单独合影的侨领近身。
从2000年至今，法轮功学员在全球30个国家有50多个诉讼案，以「反人类罪」、「酷刑罪」和「群体灭绝罪」，控告镇压法轮功的元凶江泽民，以及曾庆红、罗干、周永康、薄熙来、李长春、贾庆林等33名中共官员，被称为21世纪最大的国际人权诉讼案。根据明慧网搜集和公布的资料，迄今为止，至少有3419名法轮功学员遭到中共酷刑等迫害致死。
「美国人权法律协会」亚洲区执行长朱婉琪律师对希望之声国际广播电台说：「这些中共官员不止是他们出访到海外要面临逮捕跟引渡的这样的司法裁判，同时，让善有善报、恶有恶报，法网恢恢、疏而不漏的真理，能够再一次得到历史的验证。」
目前，薄熙来已被澳洲法院宣判酷刑罪成立，北京市委书记刘淇、大连市委书记夏德仁、湖北省公安厅副厅长赵志飞、中国科学院610主任郭传杰、中领馆副领事潘新春等中共官员，也分别被美国、加拿大法庭宣判罪行成立。
为逃避法轮功起诉的法院传票，中共官员外访时往往不敢从正门出入酒店。今年6月，习近平率代表团访问澳洲时，在坎培拉也是由侧门進出下榻的酒店，以躲避法轮功学员的抗议。
「追查国际组织」通告指出，因2003年「浙江乞丐被杀案」栽赃法轮功，习近平、周永康被列入追查对像。据新华社报导，当时任公安部长的周永康和浙江省委书记习近平，曾对此案作过批示。
据人民网刊载《福建日报》报导，习近平2001年5月到福建省女子监狱和省女劳教所，察看转化法轮功学员的進展情况。
德国《明镜》周刊引述美国驻华大使馆密电指出，美方掌握习近平大量资料，57岁的习近平是中共元老习仲勋之子，密电形容习近平对政治「野心勃勃」，对民主改革不感兴趣，
他不惜走「比红更红」的路线。
《维基解密》从11月28号开始，逐步公布超过25万份美国在全球的外交机密电文，到目前为止，只公开了其中很小的一部份，外界期待曝光更多的中共黑幕。
对于《维基解密》涉及中共的内容，中共外交部称「荒谬」，人民日报旗下《环球时报》暗指是「颠覆中国的阴谋」，当局全面封杀相关报导。但西方媒体和政府普遍相信《维基解密》的真实性。
《维基解密》网站创办人阿桑奇接受《时代》周刊采访时说，中共政府和公安看来惧怕言论自由，而这说明政治言论仍然能够在中国引起变革。
原河北人民广播电台编辑朱欣欣对美国之音说：「《维基解密》它针对解密都是一些属于强势集团，不是针对公民个人的，主要是对一些掌权者，应当让他们有所忌惮，否则的话，他们的权力很容易侵犯到公民的权利。」
不过，《维基解密》创办人阿桑奇遭到瑞典方面性侵犯的指控，他12月7号向英国警方自首后被捕，申请保释被英国法官拒绝。阿桑奇反对被引渡到瑞典受审，他的辩护律师说，很多人相信阿桑奇被捕是因为政治原因。
目前，《维基解密》网站的服务器已被亚马逊关闭，美国民权和互联网组织表示严重关注。瑞典检察官和两家切断为《维基解密》提供服务的信用卡网站，遭到黑客的报复攻击。
8号，阿桑奇在《澳大利亚人报》发表署名文章《不要枪毙说真相的人》，指出真相不可阻挡地终将获胜，《维基揭秘》应当得到保护而不是威胁和攻击。

对于《维基解密》涉及中共的内容，中共外交部称「荒谬」，人民日报旗下《环球时报》暗指是「颠覆中国的阴谋」，当局全面封杀相关报导。但西方媒体和政府普遍相信《维基解密》的真实性。
《维基解密》网站创办人阿桑奇接受《时代》周刊采访时说，中共政府和公安看来惧怕言论自由，而这说明政治言论仍然能够在中国引起变革。
原河北人民广播电台编辑朱欣欣对美国之音说：「《维基解密》它针对解密都是一些属于强势集团，不是针对公民个人的，主要是对一些掌权者，应当让他们有所忌惮，否则的话，他们的权力很容易侵犯到公民的权利。」
不过，《维基解密》创办人阿桑奇遭到瑞典方面性侵犯的指控，他12月7号向英国警方自首后被捕，申请保释被英国法官拒绝。阿桑奇反对被引渡到瑞典受审，他的辩护律师说，很多人相信阿桑奇被捕是因为政治原因。
目前，《维基解密》网站的服务器已被亚马逊关闭，美国民权和互联网组织表示严重关注。瑞典检察官和两家切断为《维基解密》提供服务的信用卡网站，遭到黑客的报复攻击。
8号，阿桑奇在《澳大利亚人报》发表署名文章《不要枪毙说真相的人》，指出真相不可阻挡地终将获胜，《维基揭秘》应当得到保护而不是威胁和攻击。

Wikileaks: China's GDP Numbers Totally Unreliable and 'man-made'

The latest discovery from the WikiLeaks data dump is that a top Chinese official knows the Chinese economic data is bogus. There's no real surprise here in the sense that anyone watching China should know the numbers are very edgy. Just last Friday in The EPJ Daily Alert, I wrote:
China's real estate market appears to be on the edge of breaking down. It is very difficult to get reliable numbers out of China, so it is often best just to look at the anecdotal evidence.
But what is interesting is who in China understands the bogus nature of the numbers and the sophisticated manner he uses to get a true sense for growth in China. From The Telegraph (My emphasis):
Li Keqiang,...the 55-year-old [who] is widely tipped to become China's next prime minister and is currently the country's executive vice premier, with responsibility for macro-economic management, in private talks with the US ambassador in 2007, when he was still just the head of the Chinese province of Liaoning...cast doubt on China's much-vaunted economic statistics.
A diplomatic cable leaked by Wikileaks, the whistle-blowing website, reveals that Mr Li described China's gross domestic product figure as "man-made" and "therefore unreliable".
Chinese officials have repeatedly been found to have artificially inflated their local GDP figures in order to win face and hit their targets.
On several occasions, the sum of all of China's local GDP tallies added up to more than the national statistic. In 2009, for example, the National Bureau of Statistics said first half GDP had grown by 7.1pc to 13.99 trillion yuan (£1.37 trillion), only to find that the sum of local GDP readouts was 10pc higher.
Mr Li said he used three ways of evaluating Liaoning's economic activity, focusing on electricity consumption, the volume of rail cargo and the amount of bank loans disbursed.
"By looking at these three figures, Li said he can measure with relative accuracy the speed of economic growth," the cable said. "All other figures, especially GDP statistics, are 'for reference only,' he said smiling," it added
