Newlywed royal couple Prince William and his wife Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, are planning to take over a more spacious apartment in Kensington Palace than their current two-bedroom location, according to People.

Renovations to remove asbestos and upgrade the hot water, heating, and electrical wiring on the 1760 palace will have to be completed before they can move in. The total project is expected to be completed by the summer of 2013.

Prince Harry is said to be taking over the current spot occupied by his older brother and sister-in-law. The palace was the former residence of Princess Diana, and is the home where the two princes were raised.
