【新唐人2011年2月22日讯】中国近年来，每年发生十万宗以上的社会群体性事件。海外媒体统计，中国去年的群体性事件至少有18万起，比06年增加了一倍。平均五天就发生一宗影响较大的危机事件。
正当2011年贺岁片《让子弹飞》在各大影院热映的时候，广西也上演了真人版的“让子弹飞”——广西梧州警察开枪射击讨薪农民工，子弹射穿农民工的腿，血流一地。
这仅仅是年初爆发的官民冲突的其中一件，其馀，例如在元宵节，陕西数百退伍军人省政府集体请愿；北京警察殴打拘留关注山东著名盲人维权人士陈光诚的律师；广西数千村民抗议征地遭镇压等等。
这类上访、集会、请愿、游行、示威、罢工等群体性事件日渐增多，在新的一年里，并没有任何迹象表明，中国日益加深的社会矛盾会有所缓和或改善。
根据上海交大近期发表的《2010中国危机管理年度报告》，在2010年，影响较大的危机舆情事件有72起，比09年的60起，增加了两成，等于每五天就爆发一起影响较大的危机舆情事件，而且全国29个省都有发生。
报告显示，2010年「司法执法类」危机舆情高发，占总量的18.1%，社会民生、反腐倡廉、官员（家属）不当言行是事件关注的焦点；其次是「灾害事故类」，占15.3%，升幅明显。有43%事件不能在本级政府解决，要由两级及两级以上组织進行干预，才能平息。
另外，报告指出，在危机发生当天，或遭到曝光后，地方政府就迅速对媒体進行干预，控制引导舆论。在传统媒体遭到干预的情况下，网络新型媒体在反应民意上的作用更加凸显，有33%影响较大的危机都是在事件发生的当天就被曝光、其中67%的事件通过网络媒体首发，较2009年的53％有所上升。
近期，虽然中共官方加强了网络和新闻控制，但是翻墙到海外社区网站的中国网民人数反而上升。民众用手机拍摄冲突现场的视讯或照片，迅速上网传播，使得官方难以统一对危机事件的报导口径。

A Major Crisis Occurs Every Five Days – Social Conflicts in China Intensify
In recent years, more than 100,000 social crises occur in China each year.
According to the statistics by overseas media, at least 180,000 social crises took place in China in 2010, twice as much as in 2006. On average a major crisis occurs every five days.
As the movie, Let the Bullets Fly, becomes a New Year hit, a true event of “Let the Bullets Fly” occurred in Guangxi Province.
Police in Wuzhou opened fire at a migrant worker asking for his salary payment. The bullets went through his legs, blood stained the ground.
This is only one of the conflicts early this year. More examples include: hundreds of veterans of Shaanxi petitioned to the provincial government; Beijing police detained and beaten lawyers calling attention to Shandong activist Chen Guangcheng; suppression of thousands of villagers protesting for a land acquisition in Guangxi.
Number of petitions, rallies, demonstrations, and strikes keeps increasing. There is no sign of improvementfor the deepened social conflicts in China this year.According to the Shanghai Jiaotong University's2010 Report on China's Crisis Management, in 2010, 72 social crisis events with relatively great impact happened in China in 29 provinces.It is a 20% increase over 2009. Every five days there is an outbreak of social conflicts.
The report said, 18.1% of the crisis fell under the "Justice and Law enforcement" category in 2010.The key issues are related to social livelihood, anti-corruption, and misconducts of officials and their families. "Disasters and Accidents" accounted for 15.3%, showing a sharp increase.
Over 43% of the incidents cannot be resolved at the local governments, and need the intervention of the governments two or more levels up.
The report also said, local governments intervene and control media once the incidents occur. Facing the authorities' intervention of traditional media, the internet has played a prominent role in reporting public opinion. About 33% of larger crises were reported on the same day when the incident occurred, 67% of them were reported first on the internet as opposed to 53% in 2009.
Recently, although the CCP authorities strengtheninternet and information control, more Chinese netizens break through internet blockage and visit overseas internet sites. Pictures and videos taken at the sites of the incident with mobile phones quickly spread over the Internet, making it difficult for the officials to control the media reports.
