【新唐人2012年3月10日讯】3月9号上午9点，重庆市人大代表团召开中外记者会。重庆市委书记薄熙来在会上首次谈及重庆副市长王立军，声称自己〝用人失察〞，还说〝打黑〞是必要的。而在外界高度关注的贪腐问题上，薄熙来则说，有不少人给重庆以及他一家人〝泼脏水〞。不过分析人士认为，薄熙来的〝脏水〞实在太多了。
台湾《中央社》报导，薄熙来声称自己因为〝打黑〞被〝不少人泼脏水〞，感到很气愤。
香港《开放》杂志执行编辑蔡咏梅认为，薄熙来所做的〝脏事〞实在太多了。
蔡咏梅：〝他说人家‘泼脏水’，他的脏的东西真的是太多了，太多了，包括李庄案，包括李俊逃跑的，好多都是他亲自干涉的。他参与的程度根本就是直接（做）。王立军只是他的一个打手，他才是真正的大老板。你说他的黑幕，现在知道的还不够多，根本的可怕的东西可能是非常令人恐怖的。〞
薄熙来在记者会上还提到，他和家人几十年没有任何个人资产。他说，他的妻子谷开来二十年前已经把她的几个律师所的分所全部关掉，〝现在就几乎在家里做些家务。〞对此，蔡咏梅认为，薄熙来的话是不能相信的。
薄熙来在记者会上还连续重复了两次〝一派胡言〞，来反驳外界说薄瓜瓜开红色法拉利名车。他强调，薄瓜瓜上牛津哈佛等名校的学费是〝全额奖学金〞。
去年11月26号，美国《华尔街日报》报导，23岁的薄瓜瓜驾驶着一辆〝像共产党旗帜一样鲜红的〞法拉利跑车，去和当时的美国驻华大使洪博培的女儿约会。
评论员李仁说，薄瓜瓜开跑车没什么好奇怪的，像薄熙来这个级别的官员贪污金额都是以亿（美元）来计算的。要证实薄瓜瓜是否拿了全额奖学金，网友们只需〝人肉搜索〞一下就知道真相了。
不过，蔡咏梅则表示，就算薄瓜瓜拿了全额奖学金，也不可能完全靠奖学金来维持这种奢侈生活，而奖学金的后面也可能有着利益交易。
香港《前哨》杂志曾刊出一篇署名依兰的文章，其中披露了薄瓜瓜在英国读贵族学校的经费来源，作者指出，薄瓜瓜的学费来自大连大商集团的董事局主席牛钢。
此前也有消息透露，薄熙来和谷开来共有80亿人民币转移海外，是中国最大的〝裸官〞。
前〝宁波工程学院〞教授张新宇认为，80亿这个具体数字还不好确定，但薄熙来有贪款转移到海外是毋庸置疑的。大陆著名作家铁流则指出，薄熙来可能要辩解，不过他辩解他的，事实总是事实。
铁流：〝在重庆打黑的话，搞了很多民营企业是事实，3000个亿吧，3000多个亿哪去了，重庆要追查这个问题。他究竟有没有贪腐，贪了多少，就是要靠他们内部对他的揭发。〞
铁流说，贪腐只能一步步查清，今天薄熙来的问题不只是贪腐，而是政治问题。他的政治生命其实已经结束，只是个时间性问题。

Bo Xilai Claims that “Dirty Water” is Being Tipped on Him
At 9am on March 9, the Chongqing delegation of the National
People's Congress (NPC) held a press conference.
Bo Xilai, the controversial Chongqing Chinese Communist
Party chief for the first time answered questions about Wang Lijun.
Bo claimed that he had trusted the wrong person, he added that
it was necessary to “smash the black” referring to a crackdown on gangs.
On the corruption issue which is causing the most concern to
the public, Bo said that, many people were “tipping dirty water” on him and his family.
However, analysts believe, Bo in fact has himself
too much “dirty water”.
Taiwan's Central News Agency has reported, that Bo has claimed
that due to resentment over his “anti-mafia” campaign,
many people have “tipped dirty water” onto him,
he was very angry about it.
Hong Kong's Open Magazine executive editor Cai Yongmei
said that Bo has done too many “dirty” things.
but his own “dirty water” is really too much,
such as in Li Zhuang's case, and Li Jun's escape,
Bo is behind many such issues.
His involvement is in a word, is deliberate and direct.
Wang Lijun is one of Bo's thugs, but Bo is the real boss.
Talking about Bo's dark business, what we've known
has not been enough, the real and horrifying truth must be shocking and dreadful.”
Bo tried to defend himself in the press conference; he said that
his family has had “no assets” for a few decades.
He added, his wife Gu Kailai had closed all her law firm's
branches twenty years ago.
She now “almost always stays at home doing housework”.
However, Cai Yongmei doesn't believe what Bo has said.
In the press conference, Bo said “nonsense” twice to refute
the critics of his son Guagua who drives a Ferrari sports car.
He stressed that, Guagua has attended Oxford and
Harvard Universities which had been paid for by a full ride scholarship.
On Nov.26, 2011, The Wall Street Journal reported that,
Bo Guagua, 23, drove a Ferrari sports car “as red as the Chinese flag”,
and had a date with a daughter of former US ambassador,
Jon Huntsman.
Commentator Li Ren said, the fact that Guagua drives
a sports car is not surprising.
With corrupt officials, such as Bo Xilai, the embezzlement amount
is usually calculated in billions of dollars.
To confirm if Guagua took a full scholarship for his tuition fee,
netizens can easily search on the internet to find an answer.
However, Cai Yongmei said that, even if Bo Guagua had taken
a full ride scholarship, it would still be impossible for him to support his luxury lifestyle.
In addition, behind the full scholarship, he may also have
had exchanges of interest going on.
Hong Kong's Outpost magazine has published an article
Written by someone named Yi Lan.
It revealed the source of funds for Guagua's education
in a British public school.
The article pointed out that his funds were from certain Niu Gang,
a Chairman of the Dalian Dashang Group.
Some news items have previously revealed that Bo Xilai
and his wife have transferred 8 billion yuan (US$1.26 billion) to accounts abroad.
Bo is at the top among “naked (corrupt) officials” in China.
Former Ningbo University Prof. Zhang Xinyun said,
the figure ,8 billion yuan (US$1.27 billiion), is difficult to confirm.
There is no doubt, though, that Bo Xilai has transferred
embezzled money to foreign accounts.
Writer Tie Liu pointed out that Bo Xilai may want to argue,
but, a truth is always a truth.
Tie Liu says that, “Chongqing 'anti-mafia'
has cracked down on many private businesses, that's a fact.
We're talking about around 300 billion yuan ($48 billion),
where has all that money gone? Chonqing should trace it.
Whether Bo Xilai is corrupt or not? How much did he embezzle?
These details need to be established internally.
Tie Liu said that the investigation of corruption
needs to be taken step by step.
Bo Xilai's case is not only a corruption issue but it is
also a political matter.
His political career is over, it is now
only a matter of time.
