【新唐人2012年3月28日讯】重庆市府27号公告，身兼重庆市组织部部长、市委常委及人大主任的陈存根不再担任市委常委，接任者是被视为团派人马的徐松南。前不久，重庆更换了所有38个区县的检察院检察长，另外两厅级高官——重庆市南岸区委书记夏泽良和重庆市委副秘书长吴文康被双规。王立军事件、特别是薄熙来被免职以来，重庆各级官员面临重新洗牌，系列人事变动接连展开。
面临重庆各级官员重新洗牌的，首先是中共中央政治局委员、国务院副总理张德江入主重庆，又有甘肃常委、公安厅长何挺接替了王立军，分管公安与维稳等工作。
23号，重庆重新任命了所有38个区县的检察院检察长，而薄熙来的〝重要干部〞 重庆市南岸区委书记夏泽良、和重庆市委副秘书长吴文康相继出事，王立军的重要助手王鹏飞也被带走调查一个多月。重庆官场变动范围之大让人吃惊。
中国历史学者李元华：〝薄熙来去重庆任职的时候，他也给当时的重庆大洗牌，调换了很多人。现在薄熙来被调查了、被撤职了，那么跟他走的近的人可能就要倒楣。中共实际上直接的内讧、内斗一直没有停止过。〞
李元华表示，中共所有的官员本身没有什么信仰、也没有正义可言，就是为了利益。要获得利益就需攀高枝，攀错了就可能成为阶下囚，所以，每个官员都不踏实。
李元华：〝中共官员不管做了多高，实际上每个人一直是提心吊胆的，每个人都是给自己留后路的。为什么有这么多人叫裸官，把财产转移到海外、把妻子、子女转移到海外，实际上就是为自己留的各种后路。〞
《法国国际广播电台》把当今重庆比作〝小文革〞运动。《法广》指出，从王立军曾以全票当选重庆市副市长到时隔十个月之后又全票下台，把中共政治〝协商一致〞的僵化和虚伪暴露无遗。
《法广》的报导说，重庆正出现的：〝去薄化〞和〝去王化〞运动，不仅体现在人士变动上，还体现在铲除各种细节痕迹上：现在重庆大礼堂广场已禁止唱红歌；重庆市公安局经侦总队院内的王立军题词的石雕已被铲掉；曾经风光无限的重庆打黑展览，也在一夜之间全部撤除。
重庆市人大代表张明渝揭示，重庆打黑英雄和怕被打黑影响的人是做了交易的。
张明渝：〝‘英烈警察基金’，是翁振杰给王立军成立的，1.5亿的警察基金，他是这个事情和王立军搭上了桥。但是实际上‘英烈’这些开支所需要的资金很少，实际上就是这个基金被王立军他自己来支配了，作为他的小金库。〞
不过，从王立军到美领事馆寻求庇护被中央带走，已将近两个月，至今没有任何消息，但〝重庆市公安局局长王立军〞在谷歌热词榜仍维持第二位。
事实上，《追查迫害法轮功国际组织》经过调查发现，从2003年5月到2008 年6月，时任锦州市公安局局长的王立军，还兼任〝锦州市公安局现场心理研究中心〞主任，涉嫌参与了活体摘取法轮功学员器官和活人人体试验；而薄熙来在担任辽宁省委副书记和省长的2001至2004年，也正是活摘法轮功学员器官的高峰。
另据《维琪解密》爆料，薄熙来正是因迫害法轮功而在海外多国被起诉，国际形象太负面，温家宝极力反对薄升任副总理；之后，薄被下放重庆，作为他政治生涯的最后一站。

Chongqing Officials Replaced
Chongqing City Government announced the replacement
of Chen Cungen on March 27.
Chen no longer serves as Municipality Standing Committee
member His successor is Xu Songnan from Hu's faction.
Not long ago, Chongqing replaced chief procurators
of all 38 districts and counties.
Two other high-ranking officials, Xia Zeliang
and Wu Wenkang were detained and interrogated.
Chongqing officials at all levels are facing a re-shuffle
after Bo Xilai was removed from position.
Chinese Communist Party (CCP) Vice Premier,
Zhang Dejiang is the first facing the re-shuffle in Chongqing.
Gansu Province Standing Committee member and Public
Security Bureau leader He Ting took Wang Lijun's position.
He is now in charge of public security
and stabilization activities.
On March 23, the 38 chief procurators of all districts
and counties were replaced.
Bo Xilai's cadres, Xia Zeliang and Wu Wenkang
were also removed.
They were Nanan District Party Secretary and Chongqing
Municipality Committee Deputy Secretary respectively
Wang Lijun's important assistant Wang Pengfei
has been taken away over a month ago for investigation.
These changes amongst Chongqing's official circles
is attracting a wide attention.
Li Yuanhuan (China historian): “Bo Xilai replaced many
in Chongqing. Now, under investigation, he is replaced.
His followers will be involved.
CCP's internal power struggle never ends.”
Li Yuanhua expressed that CCP officials do not have
any beliefs or sense of righteousness.
Li explained that they are only after benefits,
and try to climb up the ladder.
If they are on the wrong ladder, they will end up prisoners.
No one within that circle feels safe.
Li Yuanhua: “No matter how high their positions are,
the CCP officials are all worried.
Everyone wants to have an escape route.
That's why there are so many “naked officials” transferring
money, wives and children overseas. They want a way out.”
Radio France Internationale (FRI) regards today's
Chongqing as a small scale Cultural Revolution.
Wang Lijun was unanimously elected as vice mayor
and unanimously voted to step down within 10 months.
RFI points out that this exposes CCP's "consensus"
as rigid and hypocritical.
RFI reported that Chongqing's removal of Wang and Bo
is not just a personnel change.
Now revolutionary songs are forbidden, Wang Lijun's
writing on a statue in the Chongqing Public Security compound was removed,
and the once famous Anti-Underground exhibition
was removed overnight too.
Chongqing City National People's Congress representative
Zhang Mingyu spoke on the issue.
Zhang claims that there were transactions between
Anti-Underground heroes, and those afraid of the activities.
Zhang Mingyu: “'Heroic Policemen Funding” was founded
by Yu Zhenjie for Wang Lijun. It has RMB150 million.
Yu and Wang built relationships through it. The expense
is very small, as funding was managed by Wang Lijun.”
It has been two months since Wang Lijun was taken away
after seeking asylum at the US Consulate.

The World Organization to Investigate the Persecution
of Falun Gong conducted investigations on Wang and Bo.
From May 2003 to June 2008, Wang Lijun is believed to be
involved in live organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners.
At the time, he was Jinzhou City's Public Security Bureau
leader and chairman of Onsite Psychological Research Center.
Live organ harvesting of Falun Gong practitioners
was most intense from 2001 to 2004.
This is when Bo Xilai served as Deputy Party Secretary
and governor of Liaoning Province.
In addition, Wikileaks reveals that Bo Xilai was sued
overseas in many countries for persecuting Falun Gong.
Wen Jiabao opposed his promotion as Vice Premier
because of his negative international image.
Later on, Bo was sent to Chongqing as the last stop
of his political career.
