甘肃甘谷县教师被非法庭审 律师要求放人
【明慧网二零一二年三月二十三日】（明慧网通讯员甘肃报道）甘肃省甘谷县十里铺乡白云村小学教师、法轮功学员蒲宾鹏，于二零一二年三月十九日遭甘谷县法院非法庭审。辩护律师要求当庭释放蒲宾鹏，旁听席上掌声四起。二零一二年三月十九日上午九时许，在甘谷县人民法院第二审判庭公开审理了蒲宾鹏一案，因当地《天水晚报》也刊登了公开审理蒲宾鹏的消息，所以有许多民众前去旁听，其中包括甘谷县公安局国保大队的部份警察。
开庭前，审判长将蒲宾鹏的辩护律师叫到一旁说旁听的人太多了，律师说不多，随后非法开庭开始。审判长首先宣布法庭纪律：不准照相，不准录音，不准开手机。
结果法院首先违法，给旁听席上的民众和法庭周围照相。辩护律师站起来抗议：不许照相，照相违法，法院却说这是工作，依旧我行我素。接着开展了法庭调查，法庭辩论，以及蒲宾鹏为自己做无罪辩护等司法程序。
在辩控双方辩论阶段，北京律师为蒲宾鹏作无罪辩护，辩护席上，律师声音雄浑有力，他说：审判长，说法轮功是邪教我是反对的，因我国现行法律没有一条明文规定法轮功是邪教，信仰无罪，并用现行法律，摆事实，讲法律，讲道理，以理服人，以法律准绳服人，辨明是非，阐明道理。而公诉人几次找不到公诉词中所谓的“证据”，结结巴巴，自觉理屈词穷。
辩护律师最后希望审判长用法律，良知，道德来审判，并要求当庭释放蒲宾鹏，旁听席上掌声四起。
蒲宾鹏，男，现年五十三岁，甘谷县十里铺乡白云村小学教师，家住十里铺乡白云村，于一九九八年十一月开始修炼法轮大法，从此走上了一条道德回升、返本归真之路。修炼后，他严格要求自己，按真、善、忍的法理为人处事、工作和生活、教育子女。以前的胃下垂、神经性头疼不治自愈。
蒲宾鹏曾因坚定修炼法轮大法而多次遭当地邪恶之徒迫害，最近是于二零一一年十一月三十日在陕西省咸阳市伍家堡村租住的房屋内被警察绑架，被抢去笔记本电脑二台，打印机一台，现金八千余元，现被非法拘禁于甘谷县看守所。

(Minghui.org) Mr. Pu Binpeng, an elementary school teacher in Baiyun Village, Shilipu Township, Gangu County, Gansu Province, was illegally tried in Gangu County Court on March 19, 2012. His attorney asked the court to release him. When the attorney made the request, people sitting in the public gallery applauded him.
At 9:00 a.m. on March 19, 2012, Gangu County Court officials held a public hearing for Mr. Pu. The local Tianshui Evening News published the information about the hearing, so many people went to observe the proceedings, including officers from the Gangu County Domestic Security Division.
When the trial began, the presiding judge first announced the courtroom rules: no photos or recordings, cell phones turned off.
However, a court staff member took photos of the people in the gallery and the nearby area outside the building, in violation of the judge's rule. Mr. Pu's attorney protested, but the staff person said it was his job.
During the trial, the attorney from Beijing entered a not-guilty plea for Mr. Pu Binpeng. He said, “I'm against the claim that Falun Gong is a cult, because there is no such item in our current law stipulating that Falun Gong is a cult. It's not a crime to have a belief.” He supported his arguments with facts and logical reasoning, and his case was convincing. The procurator couldn't find “evidence” several times in his prosecution, and was tongue-tied and unable to advance any further arguments to justify his case.
In his closing statement Mr. Pu's attorney said he hoped that the presiding judge would make a decision based on the law, his conscience, and morality. He also asked the court to order Mr. Pu's immediate release. The people in the gallery applauded him.
Mr. Pu started practicing Falun Dafa in November 1998, and ever since has followed an uplifting path to return to his original, true self. After he began practicing, he held himself strictly to the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. He used to suffer gastroptosis, a chronic digestive system disease, and nervous headache, but both disappeared after he began practicing Falun Dafa.
Mr. Pu was previously persecuted several times by local Chinese Communist Party agents for remaining steadfast in his belief. He was most recently arrested on November 30, 2011, at his rented residence in Wujiabao Village, Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province. The police took away two notebook computers, a printer, and more than 8,000 yuan in cash. Mr. Pu is currently being held in the Gangu County Detention Center.
