Sept. 19, 2023 | By a Falun Dafa practitioner in Mongolia
(Minghui.org) Mongolian Falun Dafa practitioners introduced the practice to the public at the famous and scenic Kusugur Lake area in early September 2023. Practitioners held an event in Ulaanbaatar National Park on September 9, 2023, allowing more people to find out about Falun Dafa. The practitioners told the people that practicing Falun Dafa restores one’s physical and mental health, and improves their morals. They were also told that Falun Dafa has spread around the world.
People showed great interest in Falun Dafa, and the children beamed with joy when they saw the exquisite little paper origami lotus flowers. Many people learned the five sets of exercises from the practitioners on the spot. When it turned dark in the evening, there were still some people who didn’t want to leave, and kept talking with the practitioners to hear more about Falun Dafa.
Background: What Is Falun Dafa?
Falun Dafa (also known as Falun Gong) was first introduced to the public by Mr. Li Hongzhi in Changchun, China, in 1992. The spiritual discipline is now practiced in over 100 countries worldwide. Millions of people who have embraced the teachings—which are based on the principles of Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance—and learned the five exercises, have experienced improved health and well-being.

Editor’s Note: Dear readers, do you know that Falun Dafa, originally from China, is currently practiced by people in over 100 countries? But in China, since Jul. 20, 1999, Falun Gong is defamed, slandered and persecuted due to the Chinese Communist Party’s fear of Falun Gong’s rapidly growing popularity. Jiang Zemin, former head of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), perceived the spiritual discipline’s growing popularity as a threat to the CCP’s atheistic ideology.
