【新唐人2012年8月17日讯】互联网上这几天疯传〝人体展第一展览公司〞的一份〝免责声明〞，声明中承认这家公司获得的尸体，是来自中国警方。这份声明传出后，引起了中国网民的质疑，纷纷要求中共当局做出解释。为此，全世界再次把目光聚焦在薄熙来和谷开来身上。这里面究竟有什么黑幕呢？

早前，〝人体展第一展览公司〞，在它自己的网页上发布了一份免责声明，声明中承认公司获得的尸体是来自中国警方。声明中说，第一展览公司（Premier Exhibitions）无法独立证实这些尸体、人体部分、器官、以及胎儿和胚胎来源，是否来自中国监狱被处死的人。
从8月14号起，这份声明在中国大陆以及国外的网路上疯传，包括新浪博客、天涯论坛、华商论坛等等。
针对〝免责声明〞中披露的尸体来源情况，记者采访了大连刑警大队人员。

总部设于美国亚特兰大的〝人体展第一展览公司〞，在2007年的一份文件中曾经表示，尸体来源和〝大连医科大学〞的教授隋鸿锦直接有关。〝第一展览公司〞代理隋鸿锦的人体展，不仅经营人体展，同时还在网路上出售塑化的人体和人体器官。
1999年，隋鸿锦是〝哈根斯大连尸体工厂〞的经理，和主要负责人及操作人。一年以后，，隋鸿锦和哈根斯分道扬镳。后来，隋鸿锦开了一家自己的公司——〝大连医科大学生物塑化有限公司〞，同样做尸体加工和人体塑化。
邢天行认为，真正给他们批复，成立尸体加工公司的是大连市政府部门，也就是当时主政的薄熙来。隋鸿锦不管在哪个公司，他都非常清楚尸体的来源。
邢天行：〝尸体这个问题这么严肃，它在外面一出现，上面追查起来，他们就做不了了。所以这个后路他们早就想好了。所以，这么多年下来能够安然无恙的一直在做，而且对于办公司这个人来讲，他认为他们这个都是很合法的。至于具体尸体能不能确定身份，他们是不去承担这个责任，因为一切都由政府包办了。〞
《大纪元》新闻网获得消息，薄熙来作为大连市长，为迎合江泽民镇压法轮功的政策，大量接收在北京上访而被扣押遭遣返的法轮功学员，成千上万的法轮功学员成为罪犯的天然人体器官库，谷开来联合英国商人海伍德，利用他熟悉国际贸易、法律运作，在国际上利用黑道，非法贩卖器官和尸体。
