【新唐人2012年8月15日讯】谷开来案件开庭后官方没有宣布审判结果，而在薄熙来主政大连时批准的人体塑化工厂，却再次引发民众讨论，这些在迫害法轮功后悄然升起的人体标本工厂及尸体展，尸体的来源和对人类尊严的践踏，再次受到世界的关注和质疑。

美国《ABC电视台》揭露：从中国运去美国做人体展的标本，在美国报关时却以〝用来做医学研究的塑胶标本〞蒙混过关。
大陆艺术界呼吁追查人体标本展尸源。

大陆作家荆楚说，中国人的传统是入土为安，这么多的尸体，只能从被非法迫害的人那里才能得到，而被迫害的法轮功学员最有可能。

大陆网友刘君鞅留言，他以前怀疑活摘法轮功学员器官是造谣，看到人体展后，才知道薄熙来确实该杀。

从沈阳医院退休的付医生告诉记者，连医院都很难弄到尸体，她说不知道有谁愿意将怀孕的尸体捐出。

薄熙来主政辽宁时，在他叫嚣把法轮功学员往死里整的淫威下，除了两家尸体工厂悄然成立外，还出现了以酷刑著名的〝马三家劳教所〞及龙山教养院、沈新劳教所等；另外〝苏家屯事件〞中证人证实有6000名左右的法轮功学员被活摘器官致死。还有王立军创办的，专门用来进行活摘人体器官时，进行心理研究的〝锦州市公安局现场心理研究中心〞。
《了望东方周刊》在05年已经发出质疑：人体标本的来源是否合法？人体标本进行商业或科普展出时捐献者是否知情？是否有悖于人类伦理道德？等问题。
雕塑大师陈维明：〝在西方，捐给医学院，要签一个合约，说他这个是捐给医学院的，作艺术，做这种艺术，首先要他本人同意，他愿意做这个事情，死后才能把尸体作标本啊，作为去展览，家人都不可以把他的尸体来做行为艺术。〞
据互动百科记载，这些剥掉了皮层的尸体在世界各地展览时，尽管策划展览者高举〝科普、艺术〞两面大旗，却又不得不在展览现场常备一支急救小组，因为〝每天几乎都有至少一人吓晕在地〞。
