Bo’s Public Accusation Leaves Danger to Xi and Li

In addition, stealing living Falun Gong
to sell is a much more serious offence.
In the history of mankind even Hitler and Japan
didn’t seem to do such a serious crime.”

Zhao Yuanming says that if these two offenses were exposed,
the people will see the CCP’s nature more clearly, however,
the CCP covered Bo’s biggest offense
so as to maintain it’s dictatorship.

On July 25, Chinese Communist Party (CCP) authorities
announced that the case of former Chongqing Party Secretary,
Bo Xilai will be prosecuted by Jinan Intermediate
People’s Court in Shandong.
Bo is accused of bribery, corruption, and abuse of power.
Commentators have pointed out that many of Bo’s greater
crimes are being concealed by the CCP, in order to save the party.
Such a lighter sentence may cause further problems
later for the Xi and Li leadership.
On July 25, the CCP’s mouthpiece reported that the Jinan
Municipal People’s Procuratorate indicted Bo on several charges,
such as: Using his position to help others gain benefits;
illegally accepting other people’s property,
involving very large sums of money;
embezzling huge amounts of public funds;
serious abuses of power, taking bribes and embezzlement.
Hong Kong’s ‘Apple Daily’ says that because Bo has a large
number of high-level secrets, his trial will include two steps:
On July 25 they’ll hold an internal trial for the big secrets,
then after a week, they’ll publish the indictment
and move forward with a public trial for his economic crimes.
Hong Kong media reported that in the afternoon of July 23,
a document about Bo’s public trial was issued within the CCP.
Bo accepted bribes of 20 million yuan ($3.3 million) and
gained more than 5 million yuan ($800,000) via corruption.
Li Zhuang is an ‘advocate of Chongqing gang trials’,
who was sentenced to one and a half year during the Chongqing gang trials.
While Li was attending the Hong Kong Book Fair,
he said Bo will probably get a lenient sentence.
Chinese senior legal expert Zhao Yuanming says the CCP
conceals Bo’s many greater crimes to safeguard the party,
meanwhile, he pointed out two fatal crimes which
are missing in Bo’s case.
Zhao Yuanming, Chinese senior legal expert: “One is that
he tried to usurp and seize the party’s power, this is planned, step by step.
There is evidence of this in military, arts and advocacy circles,
this is regarded as treason, which means he wants coup.
In addition, stealing living Falun Gong practitioners organs
to sell is a much more serious offence.
Zhao Yuanming: “If these two offenses were to be judged,
many people will be implicated,
including those who still have their positions
and have a good image.
So if these two offenses were exposed,
it’s not a normal crime,
and so it would be a disaster for the CCP,
and could lead to the collapse of the whole party.
Because this crime is against humankind and against humanity.
If these two offenses are not trialed, the CCP
leaders now will have to take the responsibility.”
Wang Lijun, former Chongqing Municipal Security Bureau,
fled to the U.S. Consulate last February, exposing the CCP’s
internal power struggles to the world.
After Bo was removed from his position on March 15,
foreign media exposed a large number of reports regarding Bo
and Zhou Yongkang, former Politics and Law Committee secretary,
and the ‘Blood Debt Faction’s’ crime of plotting a coup, murder,
live organ harvesting and selling corpses, etc.
The CCP media also reported Bo’s corruption, immorality
and abuse of power, etc.
American “George Mason University” Visiting Professor
Zhang Tianliang pointed out that,
Bo’s light sentence is the biggest wish of the
‘Blood Debt Faction,’ which includes Jiang Zemin,
Zeng Qinghong, Luo Gan and Zhou Yongkang.
However, giving Bo a light sentence may come back to bite
the current CCP leaders Xi Jinping and Li Keqiang.
Zhang Tianliang, visiting professor at George Mason University:
“A light sentence for Bo is, the same as to encourage
someone to fight against the power of Xi and Li,
meanwhile Xi and Li put themselves in a very dangerous position.
If China happens economic crisis, Bo and Zhou might use
the anger from the ordinary people to put Xi in front as the scapegoat.”
Considering all aspects, Zhang Tianliang says that if Bo gets
a light sentence, this will be Xi and Li’s biggest mistake.
Zhang Tianliang: “They haven’t seen clearly this
that the CCP can’t be rescued.
No matter whether it’s looked at from the serious economic,
political or social crises, not to mention the environmental
problems, etc., in a short time, the CCP will collapse.
But who will be responsible for the CCP’s
evil behavior when it collapses?”
Zhang Tianliang says if Xi Jinping doesn’t look into the
crimes of Jiang Zemin, Bo Xilai and Zhou Yongkang, etc.,
he himself will have to take the blame.
It could be that Xi, Li Keqiang and Wen Jiabao will become
scapegoats for China’s economic problem, after which
Jiang Zemin and Zhou Yongkang take the opportunity
to make a comeback.
