Ms. Pınar Temizyürek is a Shinrin Yoku instructor. She heard about Falun Dafa for the first time. After doing the exercises, she said, “It was really nice. At one point I had tears in my eyes from the strength of the energy flow, I was about to cry and could hardly contain myself. It is a very useful practice.”
(Minghui.org) Practitioners introduced Falun Dafa at the Kadıköy Municipality Ecological Life Center on Sunday, January 14, 2024, and informed people about the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) ongoing persecution of the practice. They demonstrated the five exercises and told people about how wonderful Falun Dafa is. Many people started to learn the exercises, and several said, “Cultivating Falun Dafa is what I will do for the rest of my life.”
“Cultivating Falun Dafa is great”
Ms. Pınar Temizyürek is a Shinrin Yoku instructor. She heard about Falun Dafa for the first time. After doing the exercises, she said, “It was really nice. At one point I had tears in my eyes from the strength of the energy flow, I was about to cry and could hardly contain myself. It is a very useful practice.”
She said, “I think we are going through days, and we really need brotherhood and togetherness. We should promote Falun Dafa. As volunteers, I think it is extremely valuable that you tell me about this practice. I am very pleased. Thank you.”
Suna, 78, is retired and now a housewife. She wanted to try the practice due to constant pain in her neck and arms. She said, “’I didn’t think I could do them, but I did. It felt very good. I felt my body opening up and felt lighter. I definitely want to continue.”
Suna’s daughter, Elif Özdoğan, came to the event by accident. “I’m not really interested in meditation but decided to come anyway. We were enlightened by the practitioners’ presentation. I was more interested in the fact that many people in China follow this cultivation method. Falun Dafa is better than any other meditation. The exercises feel very different. Although this was the first time I’d ever done this, I felt as if I had done it before. It was not difficult. I think that I can cultivate Falun Dafa for the rest of my life. ”
Beyhan Kat is retired and wanted to find out about Falun Dafa. She said, “I live in Ankara and stopped by here by chance. I really like this kind of practice. Cultivating Falun Dafa is great. I think it would be even better to cultivate seriously.” Practitioners gave Beyhan information about local group practice sites.
